yes, but combining ambien with alcohol (and xanax) is so much more dangerous.

xanax is a benzodiazepine that affects the central nervous system. it causes respiratory depression, especially when combined with alcohol, but he's abusing the highest dose, and he's developed a tolerance for it. if he passes out and begins agonal respiration, he's likely to wake up or roll over, which will open his airway.

ambien, however, is a sedative/hypnotic that affects both the central and peripheral nervous systems. its effects involve the whole body. it's less likely to cause respiratory depression by itself. we know that he'll be combining it with alcohol and xanax though, and unlike his 2mg xanax, ambien is prescribed in 10mg tabs or 12.5mg extended-release tabs. if he decides to pop more than one tab for his little anger nap, his body will simply not be able to respond enough to wake him up when the agonal respiration begins.

I believe Ralph when he says he wants to go cold turkey but he's going about it in a way that makes it painfully clear that he doesn't grasp the difficulty he's going to face in trying to go sober. Heard it too. He said he got a DUI but he didn't deserve it because he was driving perfectly. It was truly an insane statement.

So Ralph is claiming that he started tapering down BEFORE the horse left, but we saw him the day after she left, completely wasted on stream. He also claims that Dax chastised him about his intoxication, but that was again, AFTER the horse left. So which one is it?
He claims that it's only 2mg a day, but again, he's claimed before to take 10mg a day (maybe more?), and we know he has a prescription for 2mg Xanax, and we've seen him pop multiple pills throughout a single stream, so this fantasy of "I only took it once a day and now I only take half of that" is so ridiculous that I can't understand why he even bothers.

I did not watch the stream but it wouldn't surprise me if he took some other drug to compensate and make himself look "sober" instead of the now normal "sleepy" Ralph. Either way, the way he's taking about withdrawals makes it pretty clear that he hasn't stopped taking shit. Besides saying that he managed to stop before so he can do it now is so wrong that it's funny. Ralph is close to 40, his body won't react the same way it did when he was younger, besides he was poor before, I doubt he ever had the money or chance to abuse drugs the way he's been doing.
Also, sleeping pills won't do shit against withdrawals.

The worst part is that if the whole thing is to get back the horse (huge X), she has to know how much Xanax, booze and other drugs he takes, so this whole "only half a pill" thing is even less likely to work on her than it is on the alogs.

To give him credit, his audience did buy the whole thing, he got more donations than he has in months, etc. But that will only work for so long and when he cannot hide his intoxication level anymore, it will likely backfire on him.

The claims about the weight loss, drinking, drugs, not reading KF, not engaging the haydurs, etc. It's all been said so many times before and it never, ever goes anywhere. Well actually, it does, it just does the opposite of what he claims. He's gained weight, he drinks more, pops more pills, etc.

I don't understand though, Ralph doesn't like the horse (and the horse can't stand Ralph), he obviously HATES having a screaming baby around, he cannot stand the living situation they had, so why is he so desperate to get it back? Is it the "image" for his audience? Or is it just that he desperately needs to run all his donations through her because of something he's managed to hide? I mean he was never really banned from any important services like stripe or any of that, so why has he always run things through his mother/the horse?
Maybe he just desperately needs a "mom" to take care of him, is that actually it? Hire a fucking maid Ralph, you live in Mexico it'll be dirt cheap and you won't have to pretend you like her, then you can drink, pop pills and get as many whores as you want.
