She's fucking insane and wants to get back at Viggers, this is what batshit crazy women do. I believe 100% it's real because she has been the go between on the parents app between Faith and Ralph, so Ralph has probably been sweet talking her for years now and they'll have developed a twisted sort of trust.

Straight sex is the least transmissible pathway for AIDs, also we have to consider ralph's micro-penis and sagging gunt getting in the way.
