As to be expected, Ralph has the form and technique of a geriatric. I don't think there's any amount of TUT or volume that could fix that withered tumor he calls a bicep. If he was to bench more than the bar I imagine he'd pull both of his teets on one side.

My thoughts: After watching this entire stream, I now believe Ralphs Troo & Vindicated need to write the book is an attempt to manipulate his children into not looking at his Kiwi Farms thread long after he kills himself.
