You need top athlete physique to be a moderator of the Illustrious Killstream.
Down 200 starting at 250? I'm no mathematician but I think he's saying he weights 50 pounds now.

Mocking his grammatical fuckup aside, a year and a half to drop 50 pounds is like... A really fucking long time. Good on him but you can do better.

Some of you guys might like this, I found a very large archive of early Killstreams with a few episodes dating back to the gamergate era.
I wonder what Zidan thinks about the sektur these days...

Ralph has failed to hit the goal within the standard 8 hours of the show, and is quietly giving the extension reward away in order to hit the goal. Ralph has so far extended the show over 1 hour in attempts to hit the goal.

edit: about 5 minutes after this was originally posted, Ralphs stream magically died and returned, during this tiny charade, Ralph claims that $2 dollars was donated to the show while the dono bar has disappeared

Ralph is now stating he is going to check his dlive chest for lemons and count them towards the goal, with some lemons he is calculating at less than 1 penny (0.7 cents).
While getting on his hands and knees picking up dlive lemons, someone finally donates the supposed remainder of the dono bar that has disappeared.

If that's what I think it is then it's pretty fucking rare, Ralph has mentioned that Killstream being one of his favorite lost episodes multiple times and he pulled it down when Seattle4Truth murdered his father. It was IBS before IBS was a thing

Maybe this is a hot take but I've been listening to some of the late 2018 shows and I think they hold up pretty well, or maybe that's just the nostalgia from when I used to watch it in college talking. Either way, come and see what Ralph's good old days looked like here:

That Wendigo channel is a gold mine of early Sektur content, I've archived it because I thought a lot of this stuff was lost to time:

Archive the channel and put a torrent up here asap!

This is really impressive. They have playlists for Warski Live and the Kumite too (albeit nowhere near as extensive as the Killstream playlist).

Besides being of interest for sektur scholars, there's a lot of significance here because not only is it a window into the online culture of the time (the sektur, IBS, etc), it also provides a unique perspective on politics and pop culture from almost ten years ago. The number and caliber of guests they had on back then is actually noteworthy in retrospect..

For anybody who never listened to these episodes, I recommend them. There's a reason why the Killstream was so popular back then.

ETA: Currently listening to the Kavanaugh episode. It's remarkable how much more lucid and put together Ralph sounds.
Damn man, morning kumite, warski live, the kill stream. Looking back this is where the Internet had its highest peak.
Politicians, real world celebs and just normal people flocking over to the new world of relevancy. attempting to fester the growth of there brands and influences. While the internet itself still sat as a wild west of behaviour where its culture was brutal and unforgiving to everyone. It’s language unchecked.
I miss all the rakes people used to walk into. Who knew everything would turn out so fucking gay in the end.

I'd argue that the 00s up until the very early 10s were its peak, but as a millennial I'm also biased. 2018 Internet was already well into enshittification. People were already being shepherded onto centralized social media platforms, content was being sanitized as monetization guidelines became more stringent.

IBS felt like a kind of last gasp for that type of gutter culture on streaming / video websites, though. Even on more lenient platforms like Kick and Rumble you don't see much of that unhinged behaviour these days. Maybe with stuff like IP2, but that all feels more bleak, like a symptom of a society in decline as opposed to the relatively harmless fun that we had in the sektur back then.

Something that always makes me laugh is how literally every single person who really got involved with Gamergate both pro GG and anti GG is a massive piece of shit with almost zero exceptions. Ralph, Kingofpol, Warski, Ian Miles Chong, Anita, Zoe, "I hope you die of ass cancer!" Total Biscuit I feel like I could just keep listing names of people but you all already know them.

Growing up in the same sphere i still think the late tens were stand out special because you had the enshittification happening in real time and the old culture attempting to push against it.
Although the result was sad I think those last gasps had more life and fun in them than any content or drama in the late 00’s early 10’s.
