Now, I know those people are wearing facepaint and juggling bowling pins, but they claim to be expert alogs, the upper crust of the kiwi ahog elites and I have no evidence to the contrary so I'm just kind of stuck.

He probably makes 35k a year (tax free). Cost of living in Mexico is cheap, Xanax from pharmacies is cheap, cheap alcohol is cheap.

I think people are overestimating how much it costs to live like a pauper. Kingcobrajfs could afford cigarettes and crystals and burgers with his state retard money and Ralph probably makes the same except his rent costs less.

No idea how Mexico tracks credit, but I guess it's plausible he was able get access to a few cards. Though that's probably somewhat doubtful since his lack of citizenship and all that. Even then, what's the card limit he'd even get? 3k?

How does punishment associated with grossly delinquent child support even work? You'd think courts are kinda averse to throwing deadbeat daddehs in jail considering it removes their ability to make money. I'm also pretty sure it's been stated in this thread several times that it wouldn't necessarily cause Ralph to lose what limited custody he has, but there has to be a breaking point. Right? It's not like they could garnish his wages either since he's barely managing to scrape by already. What do family courts even do in this situation?

On a related note. For whatever reason, this morbid question popped up in my head. Is there a single person that benefits from Ralph's existence? Like, what positive value does Ralph's life bring to anyone? I honest to God can't think of a single serious answer. The closest thing that comes to mind are the alogs that use Ralph to farm for content, like Kino Casino, King Mersh, or even Nullio. Or the alogs who follow Ralph because they think his pitiful existence is entertaining.

Family court draws a delineation between chikd support and visitation because one of the obligations isnt being met doesn't mean the other should/will be stopped. They are ruled in separate and usually by separate judges if it goes that route and is not available for mediation between parties

Non payment punishment in many states usually starts with drivers license privileges suspended followed by passport and then an arrest warrant for failure to pay is issued.

New York where I have most of the case law knowledge from takes 17 percent of Ralph's gross income. He was better off being truthful than overpaying the 800 that surely doesn't adjust for 17 percent but he'd also have to be honest to the court and let them know he really is as broke as we know he is. He knows MWV will take that affirmation and jerk off while mass distributing it for public consumption. He cuts his nose off to spite his face until this day because he has a viable solution.

The child support agreement was agreed upon in good faith and within the purview of the laws of the California family court system. This means that any change in circumstances....in this case financial.....can be addressed with a motion before court and some record or proof of change in income and he'd be off the hook for the 800 and pay on par with his true earnings.
