Edit 2: King of da Sektur Mersh called the Milwaukee Country Sheriff's office on stream and claims that Ralph was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. His stream was muted while he did this, so it has yet to be officially confirmed.

There's an awesome chess joke in this video. Thread tax, I found this video about a week ago and it's really not my normal cup of tea as far as youtube content goes, but I couldn't stop watching it, because everything that comes out of this guy's mouth might as well be the story of Ralph's life. It was actually uncanny how well he was describing Ralph while probably having no idea who Ralph even is.

He looks so fucking old. I would say this is the end, but the Ralphamale lives forever on pure spite. His next stream or two will have a nice little viewer bump and the windfall of those streams will work out to about 3 months of pill streams.

2 charges so far. That was just the initial arrest. If they find drugs or interview Scarlett it could just be the beginning.

Search “Code Blue Cam” on YouTube. It’s a dedicated Wisconsin bodycam footage channel. Someone there will know how to get it within days.

Nobody seems to be really fleshing out the a few big things here:

1) If Wisconsin is a no bondsman state, then if nobody bails piggy out, he will sit in jail for months awaiting trial. His rent will lapse, he’ll lose everything in Messico. We’ll be on the Homeless Saga and back in the US.

2) Depending on how things evolve, he may not legally be allowed to leave the county, state or country till trial. At which point either he makes it back to Messico but can never return to the US without immediate arrest and significantly larger charges OR he might get stopped at the border and not allowed entry into Messico at all.

3) If Ralph flees and never returns, Matt Viggers and Harreh win by default and will both likely get their abandonment charges. Ralph will no longer have any hwhite children. It will be back to the drawing board.

4) This could significantly impact his permanent residency application.

5) The potential to be a registered sex offender is very real. Has anyone checked to see if @Haru Okumura is still breathing or if they have died from uncontrollable smug laughter?

Here are the links, forms, and other information to request records from the sheriff's office in the county of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.


Based on a cursory search, Wisconsin is very forthcoming with their records, which is part of the reason why there's so many bodycam videos that come out of there.
 
Not sure if posted yet or not, but the Intake Court video link is for Circuit Court intake. Ethan Ralph is not in Circuit Court yet, he is in the Municipal court for Milwaukee. He does not yet have a case number and is not assigned a court date yet. He likely will get those today due to the timing of his arrest and we'll see him before a judge tomorrow. Milwaukee Municipal does not seem to live stream that I can find.

I doubt his case will go to Circuit Court as they appear to be minor misdemeanors in nature. In Wisconsin, Traffic and minor misdemeanors are handled by the municipality such as drunk in public, disorderly conduct etc. Where serious misdemeanors like simple assault and felonies will go to the Circuit. We will know once official charges are published.

Since he was in a sexual relationship with the porn star, if any of the charges involve interaction with her, it could bump to a domestic tye charge.

Edit to add as I'm seeing it asked. Winsconsin is very "dont give a fuck" about sharing body cam footage, and its why you see so many body cam videos on youtube from Manitowac, Lacrosse, and Kenosha (to name a few). Milwaukee County being the liberal foothold may try to resist more than the other counties, but it seems routine enough for entire channels like Code Blue Cam to make a living out of it.

Code Blue Cam does solicit tips (as in crimes to get videos for, not money) via their email address of contact@codebluecam.com If you arent total spergs and give a nice description they might treat us to a video while making a few youtube shekels themselves.
