In the video posted the cops said they were charging him with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. I heard nothing about indecent exposure.

Doesn't matter. This was still a wonderful thing to behold.
 
The arrest footage combined with their following stream together has to be the hardest I've laughed since the Rekieta bodycam recreation. They're perfect for each other :feels:
