God I wish the fucking homeless arc would kick off already. Give me Ralph streaming himself hitchhiking from the streets of Milwaukee to the border to smuggle himself back into Mexico. The ghosts of his cats will never be able to rest until he makes it
 
Wonder if they just got a noise complaint and cops came by and gave citations.

I mean bodycam videos from Wisconsin are just pure rage bait at this point. Unless you straight up murder someone, you'll be released. You have people who violate probation 13-14 times and they just get arrested and released over and over with zero consequences, so you have the type of degenerates who are known to the police because they break the law constantly but are rarely ever punished.
Getting arrested there seems like a minor inconvenience at best.

Police used to just beat the shit out of these people instead and it worked out better for everyone, honestly.
