It’s been a while since I set it up and I don’t actually use it anymore since I discovered I can just download subtitles directly in Plex as I need them but doesn’t it have in-built recommendations? Pretty sure I just used them all on rotation.

Why would you use a public tracker anyway? Don't tell me you're still using µTorrent 2.2.21 as well. The last good public tracker was suprnova the rest are full of malware and now crypto miners.
 
Because private trackers are mostly insufferable snob retards, the only tolerable one is TL. I'm not begging or paying some turdworld brown subhuman for an invite, I'm not going through an interview process, and I'm most definitely not buying their seedbox subscription because if I wanted to pay for media I wouldn't have bought a NAS to store it all to, I'd be paying for Netflix instead.

Private trackers are fine if you're not a complete retard (unfortunately bars some of you) and have time on your side.

That's literally it. Keep a few files seeding all the time and you can slowly build up enough ratio to go nuts. The easiest way to get instabanned from a private tracker site is to be a complete retard and hope that you recoup your ratio quickly after a huge splurge (you won't). Download a few things, keep them seeded and fucking wait.
 
Gog-games is back which is nice. I grabbed a few installers off there but when I went to install, it popped up 'unknown company' instead of the usual 'GOG Sp. zoo'.

Has anyone tried their stuff since they've been back? All my previous installs say legit but only the recent ones are coming back unknown.

Is ElAmigos fine? I'm suspicious of fitgirl because of reddit constantly shilling them. I'm tech illiterate compared to many autists here, but my reddit-dar has often saved my ass online. I'm really paranoid when reddit has a spike in a particular shill.

I grabbed a few immediately after the site went back up and it still said sp. zoo for me. Not sure what's up on your end. Maybe it's just a one-off for the specific game you wanted. I hope that's the case, anyways. Might be worth it to run the files through virustotal first just in case.

I use fitgirl for all my games and have yet to have an issue. Sometimes reddit gets things right, in this case free content and fitgirl possibly being a tranny means they trust her for their gay gaming needs. Since reddit is so ubiquitous at this point its pretty hard to avoid in whole. I don't post there or even have an account but since everything is more centralized I find lots of useful tidbits for various projects over there. Being a pirate has always been risky, the limewire days were down right terrifying , but with fitgirl i think your gtg.

Thanks for the reminder about virustotal. They came back clean minus one fringe thing from some Vietnamese AV.

Must have just been a one off.

That's pretty wrong. Reddit might be retarded and the vast majority of redditors should be stoned to death, but their turbo autism helps keep lots of these repackers and crackers in check. Being the bitches that they are, they're the first and the loudest to cry whenever there's something wrong. Being universally praised by reddit in the scene means everything is okay and has always been. Even when Empress made the MATI .nfo shitting on trannies, reddit was disappointed because the only denuvo cracker was muh terf, yet they still shilled the cracks. What's right is right and when it comes to piracy reddit is, almost always, correct.

Not to mention how good Reddit is when it comes to tech info and assist. It's retarded when it comes to political opinions and news, but because of it's size and age it's unrivaled in terms of tech help. So many times I've needed help with something, and I mean something niche. Not the casual "blue screen what do now" or "how much can I safely bend the SSD" type of questions. 4chan is a bunch of mouthbreeding mongrels and every time I've asked for help there I've not once gotten it. All these clueless neets can help you with is basic shit.

Is My Anonymouse actually worth registering for? I've heard good things about them and would like a dependable source for audiobooks/comics but their rules are so incredibly autistic that I'm pretty sure I'd rather not.
