Joking aside though, I genuinely don't remember seeing them anywhere, which is kinda strange. 1HD might have some of them, maybe check there?

TorrentFreak: ‘Modded Hardware’ Agrees to Settle Nintendo’s Copyright Lawsuit for $2 Million (archive)
The lawsuit between Nintendo and Modded Hardware has been settled, with the site's operator agreeing to a final judgment of $2 million. The proposed settlement includes a broad permanent injunction that bans operator Ryan Daly from selling, distributing, or even linking to circumvention devices such mod chips and hacked consoles. The defendant also agreed to transfer his website domain to Nintendo and destroy any remaining circumvention devices.

So, basically, faggots are trying to crack down on piracy again.
Here's my understanding of the situation. Tears of the Kingdom was leaked to the Internet before its release and there was an over 30% drop off in sales between BOTW and Tears of the Kingdom. Nintendo thinks the two are related, and while Nintendo has obviously always been anti-piracy, this made the lose their god damn minds. Now their anti-piracy practices have gone into overdrive, going after everyone from Youtubers who review emulation devices to flash cart manufacturers to open source emulators.

I think things like torrents and usenet are going to be safe from big crackdowns, because your average person cannot figure out how to use them, but anything accessible like websites with straight rom downloads is getting nuked.
