Im not too sure how legally binding an NDA forced upon someone under threat of revealing their dox and other shit are.
Its essentially blackmail. Now I'm not a lawyer but if someone forced you to sign an NDA under threat of being doxed and potentially SWATed I'm pretty sure a Judge would throw it out if it went to court once the reason for signing it came up on discovery, and potentially even end up with the person who forced it facing legal ramifications.

I don't think its worth the paper its printed on if it was extracted under threat.
Also, to even enforce an NDA, he'd have to dox himself to take her to court anyway.
Not a smart plan for someone as hated as he is, not with the enemies he's made in this sektur.

The NDA was probably so the one can sue the other if they slip up. But as was said it's on paper somewhere now. It'll show.

The way he framed it was they came to a mutual agreement to work on business ventures, but it fell through.

Makes me think this was the 3PL SevenEightNine spoke about in SneedChat. The NDA was likely not extracted under a threat despite the obvious comedic way I put it.

If its any consolation everytime these fags SWAT someone they're rolling the dice, they've been lucky so far, which is why theres been no serious effort to track them down, but it only has to go wrong one time and end up with someone being hurt and the Feds will have to pull their thumbs out of their asses and get serious about finding them.

I have a different viewpoint. I think the reason Christorian X and other similar faggots are so obsessed with Ralph is that they feel like he SHOULD have a worse life than them, yet he has many things they don't.

These are people who do the "right things" by societal standards. They went to college and got some degree assuming it would earn them a high paying job, only to find out their lack of social skills has made meaningful, lucrative employment difficult. They're "nice guys" to girls and give them shoulders to cry on, only to find out that they will not be receiving even a single crumb of pussy for their efforts. They are meek and deferential in real life and expect karma to somehow reward their rule-following.

Then here comes Ethan who does the "wrong things." They think: He dropped out of college, so why does he make more money than me? He's a total asshole, so why has he had multiple girlfriends and a wife? He's not intelligent, so why does he have people who cheer him on and follow him?

They want to take Ethan Ralph down because he represents a stark example of their cognitive dissonance. I do the right things and I'm a fucking loser, and he does the wrong things and has a lot of the things I think I deserve. So by taking him down they think they will somehow right a cosmic injustice and swing the pendulum back in their favor.

Not so, faggots! You suck even worse than Ethan!
