That is an interesting question, if you go by his chudbud DMs with @AltisticRight , @Pit Viper Salesman pointed out a bunch of similarities (according to himself) between @Flamenco and Chris Chan. His sympathy for the pedophile seems to derive from that. In his delusion he probably seems himself as a hero trying to protect pedomenco from what happened to CC:

Of course it could have been a lie, but what would even be the point of keeping the "larp" in DMs with someone he trusted? I mean, it was not even a larp because it was not like he would bring that up in public. I believe the fact he called himself @Christorian X projected his motivations.

Yeah the Chris Chan shit is the same line Viper tried on me when he was trying to get me to back off Ped after we had a chat about how Christorian X was a bigger faggot than Kinochet, and I gave Ped the benefit of the doubt at the time, until he came back trying to gaslight about Boy Soprano not being shota, and basically tried to walk back and lie about everything he had admitted before, which made me think fuck him, and look deeper into it.
And on deeper examination, its bullshit, Pedmenco isn't fucking Chris Chan, Pedmenco is a 34 year old malicious piece of shit that has no problem with using the dirtiest tactics on people he doesn't like, and only cries foul when those tactics are used against him.

Yeah the Ped Parent Poster mentioned a PiNS charge in NY, thing is the dates don't match up, plus theres an "Unspecified" charge on his record in NC too, so either the Parent was lying, or there are two fucking hidden charges on this freaks record.

All the other charges on his record are driving offenses, misdemeanors.
Apart from the weird "Not Specified" charge.
Now if the PiNS is the sealed charge, theres still the question of what caused the PiNS charge, its not something you get because you tard out or your Mom finds your Pedo comics, its normally given to Gangbangers and people with a repeated history of violent and unruly behavior where someone in the home feels unsafe, and a Judge agrees.
For Ped to be removed from his mothers house on a PiNS charge and placed in a boys home for a year, he must have done something pretty fucked up.
So atm we have two charges that are unidentified, the PiNS and the "Not Specified" charge from NC in 2009.

This is quite possible and something I'm considering, thats why I'm concentrating on his time in NC/TN first.
If the Parent was lying, ignorance of what a PiNS charge entails hasn't made Ped look any better, those aren't charges you just get for being "Chris Chan but with a Shota fetish" they require "repeated, uncontrollable, and often violent delinquent behavior" where there is a threat to peoples safety in the home that a Judge agrees with.
I spoke to some people in NY that know about PiNS stuff and they said its usually out of control kids and Gangbangers, not simple minded autists that get them.
The PiNS charge if true, makes him look worse.

Could be have been being a creepy fuck and when told as much by people had a teen rage/autistic freak out? Can tell from the way he handles confrontation he doesn't take pressure well, when younger was probably worse about keeping his cool.

Its possible.
Again though, this isn't just a single outburst of tard rage, this is a repeated pattern of delinquent behavior that has failed to be addressed by other means.
PiNS are a last resort before severe criminal charges.
Supposedly it was his School that contacted CPS, and the Mother then went ahead with the charges so make of that what you will.
Its worth noting though that the source for the School being the ones who called CPS is the PozViper or Pedmenco himself, infact Ped or his immediate family are the whole source for the PiNS in the first place, and as they obviously have a vested interest in playing down anything that makes Ped look bad as much as possible, its not entirely sure how reliable this info is.
