I'm willing to bet some bags of Pikonic Chow that if someone gave her a free trip to Japan, flight, hotel, shopping sprees and meal included, she'd come up with an excuse like "my tummy hurts too much today" or something stupid to cover up the fact that she knows damn well she wouldn't fit in in Japan.

As I've learned in my law classes, you can sue anyone for anything; the question is 'will you win?' In this case, 'wasting police time' is not a civil matter, it would be the police department/state's job to bring justice in that manner. And it probably would be a simple fine as the person could claim they believed they were doing the better good or simply being a good Samaritan. There would be no other charge she could bring because simply wasting her time or inconveniencing her and her folks for a few hours isn't "sue" worthy. The judge wouldn't even accept the case.

If you say you are going to kill or seriously harm yourself you can't really fault anyone for trying to send help. Intent is irrelevant IMO.
If you're not serious about don't make the claim, because it's inherently serious considering the consequences of going through with it.

This is what they say because that one time you don't call might be the time they actually do it.

Problem is, when it comes to suicide those who talk about it all the time are typically the ones that don't do it. It's a cry for help or in some cases it's just a cry for attention. And for Pixy it seems to be the latter. This girl thrives on drama and if there's none in her life she will manufacture it. But like crying wolf the more often you do it, the less likely people are to believe you and that one time they do finally decide to take their life because nobody seems to care to want to help them is really their own undoing. This is why you're always told to treat every suicide threat as being legitimate just in case.

She probably thinks that the damn dirty trolls drove her precious, albeit greasy and smelly, daughter to try to kill herself because they're so mean. When was the last time any of you said she was "super kawaii sugoi desu!"?
