Please help me with Photoshop settings

Uh, vector probably? I have russian version, so idk how to explain properly. Basically, I am trying to make it draw along the path, using pencil as instrument, with imitation pressure.


Is your heart set on using the pencil tool? I personally think that downloading a brush with a pencil-like texture is more comfortable. That, and working with a brush of about 7 pixels or more. Starting at a higher resolution and then shrinking down helps to take some shakiness out of the lines.

Sorry, I know this isn't an answer to your question but I'm struggling to understand what settings you're trying to get back to. I use CC and don't know what imitation pressure means. Are you able to erase individual pixels on your lines? If that's the case, the lines are not vectors.
