I have no idea who noodle even is. The podcast is so boring without Avery and Mandy can only pull so many insane stories from his otherwise milquetoast personal life.
Eh, why not, I love people dragging shitty creators through the mud.

I saw the video in my recommends but didn't watch it because I didn't know (or care) who Noodles was, now that I know he's on the podcast I still don't know who he is. He's just one of the many people (David included) who exist to just respond to the actually interesting and funny people on the podcast, they're all interchangable.

To quickly describe Noodle, he is/was an animator, and his original breakout video was this video.
The next big thing he got notoriety was a video criticizing Crunch culture, in light of shit going down with Cyberpunk 2077 and CDPR. With this, he also did an interview with Marty O'Donnel, the composer for Halo.
Strangely, despite Noodle being an animator, he does the whole commentary community thing of using stills for expression, but doodles them out per use in a video.
If it's not obvious by now, Noodle is a shill for the gaming industry, despite one of his biggest videos being criticism about how crappy and unrewarding it can be in the industry when the game you spent almost a decade on bombs at launch.

It's awful to see how far Noodle is willing to go to make sure that he isn't seen as anything out of the status quo. So much so that he got rid of one of the main videos that gathered him attention and respect as a video game critic. Fucking shame.

An update to David's dying career:
Perilous Storytelling got launched, and it's... I'm not gonna sugar coat it, I can't wait it because Brendan's voice is nails on a chalkboard, I actually do want him to stop fucking talking. But as to a first new episode viewwise? You can look at Press Start Turbo and realize immediately it's bombing because people wanted to hear vidya game discussion over another DnD podcast. Within one day Press Start has %60 of the views Perilous Storytelling got in a week. How is David coping with this? Well...

I don't mind Brendaniel's voice so I did watch it, but I too wished he stopped talking. Folk and Dagger felt like I was sitting on a group of people playing a D&D campaign and thats what made it enjoyable, Subliminal Space is played a lot more straight with way too much setup by the DM without letting the players actually interact meaningfully. Within 10 minutes of F&D I understood roughly the characters and how they would be played but I don't with SS, I only know Cameron's character because you only need to glance at the avatar to guess what it is and Mandy because he's hamming up his performance to an insane degree which is the only funny part.

So far the only enjoyable part is Mandy, Cameron is fine but he was always kind of the straightman and the rest of the cast are damp rags with no defining features. David's character is autistic, Ten's (who) character is retarded, and Corbin's is bland.

I’m guessing he fell back on drugs or something, because of the progesterone he’s been taking. It does mentally fuck with you after enough dosage, and seeing that he’s on and off it, its about the same as a schizophrenic taking and stopping their meds.

I've been intermittently following him since he trooned, and the past year it's been nothing but porn. Porn, furry porn, inflation porn, vore porn, tranny porn...and the NFL.

Turning himself into a loony bin is a good thing, I guess. But step 1 is admitting you have a problem, and this nigga is never gonna stop gooning. So I'm not holding my breath.

I’m not sure how he gets it, but i do recall he’s also had to e-beg people to help fund his medical needs via Patreon. He started it in July 2023 and his tweets while on it are just pure sexual madness.
