I remember hearing about this. Don't know what he's up to now, but I doubt it's anything productive.Whats crazier is theres a conference for it that gives CEUs.
I went to it bout 10 years ago thinking I'd learn something since i figured if the association was giving me credits they had vetted it. It really was insane. At registration I was given a color coded name badge and told it was so so they could filter out government spies. I ended up leaving early because they were so paranoid I feared for my safety there.
People tried to petition to get the man running it's license revoked.
There's a theory that this is being partially perpetuated by those suffering from schizophrenic paranoid delusions. One story I find interesting is Jian-Liang. She's got a website where there are uploads of her story there. In it, she says she was given a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia. So I mean... yeah. She does seem to firmly believe what she's saying, which matches up to the experiences of most other psychotic disorders. It's the same for what she claims to have gone through and a lot of it matches up to common delusions.
