I'm on the side of him just realizing how much of a sperg child he was and growing up. I don't buy that every video he made when he was 7 had some sort of ironic twinge.
Yeah he was just a dumb kid who grew up and stopped being a sped. Didn't he guest on PewDiePie's channel a couple of years ago?

Guptill89 feels so self-aware but the age of the videos sorta predate the ironic autistic sonic fandom parodies.
I'm not sure if there's a popular consensus on weather he's a troll or not. Probably just an autistic guy who makes weird videos.

I swear this type of personality made up the bulk of late 2000s early 2010s "reviewers" and later on MisterEnter. You could say that talking about cartoons and childhood movies/games attracts a certain "type".
If you're not convinced of his autism, take a look at his *literal* award winning Sonic animation.

I'm sad that internet autists learned to communicate in a semi-socially acceptable manner. Now all they do is talk about Star Wars for 5 hours straight because they think that makes them smart.

If you feel the need to talk about Star Wars for more than 5 minutes straight you're either filling time at a convention or not so smart.
