Here we have a Smogonfag bitching because Game Freak went out of their way to heavily nerf stall in Scarlet and Violet. Idiot seriously says that hyper offense isn’t fun and he prefers stall.

Please accept my apologies for adding to a relatively dead thread, but I came across this tweet and searched the guys name and here we are. He asked his followers if this was ok to use as a thumbnail and I have no idea why. Does it give off pedo vibes? I don’t know anything about Pokémon so maybe someone here will know why he deemed it to be controversial.

I stumbled over this thumbnail yesterday, the video popped up in my recommended section.
I don't see anything wrong with it.
Those are two first-stage bug type pokemon, but the characters are so abstract and they are only kissing, so i dont see anything problematic with it.
The spit looks pretty disgusting but this isn't the whole thumbnail anyways.
It looks like this and is meant to be funny, not offensive or sexualised in any way.

Lol. Lmao even. This is almost as lulzy as the time when the mod Ethan went insane and ended up permanently deleting about half of Miscellaneous. This is how you know the forum is fucking dead when someone hacked in and no one noticed until it was too late. Don't even know how it came to their attention to begin with, and which particular threads these were, I just hope they have been archived, somewhere. Maybe.

To be fair as much as Joe is a lolcow shill he’s right about that. As the saying goes a broken clock is right twice a day.

Speaking of new lolcows, has Yawnfag been talked about in this thread? He was a shill on /vp/ that came around during Let's Go era. He would literally post stock photos of people yawning when a thread or post talking about the low quality of Pokemon as a franchise and recent games were mentioned.

He quickly stopped that and went full mask off, making the most blatant shitposts imaginable to make as many people angry and to ruin every thread he can. By his own admission, he doesn't even like Pokemon and is doing this to ruin the board completely. He usually posts about how awful Gen 5 is and how great Gen 6 was in hindsight, since that seems to be the most divisive topic within the fanbase(aside from the newer games and their lack of quality, that is)
Pretty tame for a lolcow these days, simply because there is no trannies, child abuse or some other horrific shitshow involved, but spam is still spam. Between him, various flavor of reddit and and trannies/coomers/furries, as well as sharty raids and the gamefreak loyalists that constantly defend the new games, the board is all but unusable now.

They're usually the worst and cringiest part of the community, right up there with modern game fans/gamefreak white knights.

As for your average Gen 1 fan, a sterling example of such a specimen already exists in the form of PL/PreciousLeaf(Thread already linked here)
Fans of all the other gens combined don't amount to the amount of content I've seen from Gen 1 and Gen 8+ fanboys(This is the core fanbase Pokemon is pandering to BTW)
