so i bought ZA and it's a game. it certainly is. i got to press buttons a few times and everything! i enjoy the freedom of movement in which the game prevents me from going anywhere until i progress the plot that i don't give a fuck about. i am enjoying the early-game experience and i look forward to more of this and am definitely not dreading continuing this game.

In the TCG, you can de-evolve pokemons and mewtwo using psychic deals something like 10 damage while also having 60 hp and being weak to other psychic type pokemons.

I used to adore pokemon as a child.
Seeing Ash getting pulverized by a random faggot with at least 2 legendaries angered me but I decided to stick for gen 5.
Then gen 6 came out and I didn't like it. I hated the new look, I hated mega evolutions as a concept, fairy type and new pokemons, I hated pokemon origins too.
Gen 7 almost got me back when I saw alolan variants, then I saw "ice-fairy" on ninetales and backed away immediately.
Gen 8 was bri'ish so there was nothing for them to say that could possibly make up for me.
Gen 9 looked like the kind of cow dung a jeet would eat.
And for Legend arceus I was both already pissed off by gen 4 remakes and uninterested after seeing some footages of it.
More than everything I'm here for the grift. If you like to enable nintendo by giving them money, you are a fucking disgrace and should consider killing yourself at this point.

It's not bad, but I'm sick and tired of hearing people insist that turn-based combat is inherently inferior and "outdated" and want to push Pokemon to become yet another generic empty open world because that's what everyone demanded it become after binging Skyrim and BotW. At one point you couldn't talk about Pokemon on places like Youtube without at least one tard going "I wish they made a Pokemon game like [popular open world game] where you can visit every region" as if somehow a game like that had any chance not to be an enormous mess.

I know nost of gen 1 cards well since I played the TCG games on a GB emulator. Newtwo's psychic deals low damage unless the opponent has a lot of energies equipped, so you can kill or even stall it with a Rattata. Its funny how good was promo mewtwo in comparison, and even funnier how you had to either have watched the movie at the cinema (and had good luck with the free promo) or bought multiple copies of the VHS in order to get what was back then a decent haymaker for your deck. I can only imagine the sheer insanity if the competitive sphere was actually developed like Yugioh today or, even worse, if scalpers were already a thing back then.

I was gifted my S2 digital copy by a friend but I may eventually have pick up another copy due to Nintendo changing the way digital games work, Link Trades being needed for Pokédex completion, and online trades being a pain in the ass to deal with. That said I'll still try to get it for less than MSRP, Z-A isn't bad but it's not worth $60- $70 either.

And yes, I'm insane and retarded since it's a requirement for KF membership anyways.

He's actually responsible for a bunch of tracks in SV. A general rule of thumb is that if it involves Mesagoza's general motif, Tera Raids, and Area Zero he had a hand in creating it.

Oh, and don't forget that the SWSH Battle Tower fight track, which was also composed by Toby, is a rearranged take on one of the tracks from his Homestuck tribute soundtrack. And yes, I'm referring to The Baby Is You.
