Pokémon (Not-So) Griefing Thread - Scarlet and Violet Released with 10 Million Copies in First 3 Days in Buggy States

Mario Party 1
*Nam flashbacks to my days in daycare were we only had Mario Party and Pokemon Stadium*
I've had a few things like this kill joycons and pro controller's. Basically any game that requires L3 or R3 for a significant control key will eventually cause drift. I lost a thumbstick on my pro to animal crossing because you need to press in L3 then move the joystick to run. After 400 hours in animal crossing it would just drift on its own.
Yeah, I definitely need to buy a stand and a pro controller for my Lite at some point, or just get a regular Switch. I was getting drift back when Arceus came out, but thankfully recalibrating fixed it. I definitely don't like how my joystick just starts feeling "off" after doing the spinning stuff. Just doesn't make sense to me why a mini game that requires touch screen input originally got regulated to joystick only, yet the Grand Underground still has touch screen controls.

Another tera raid event, another example that the Pokémon community does not know the type charts. Why would you bring a FAIRY type to fight GRENINJA with a POISON tera? Why?
Because the Pokémon community has like, 4 groups of people - Children, Furries, Retards, and the Autists who try to make this game Hyper Competitive.

Point is, I can somewhat forgive Children for not knowing any better from how much harder the Raids are compared to literally every other bit of content in the game. The rest of us, are fucked for various reasons.

At least this was a Raid that was somewhat cheesable with Stored Power Slowbro…

Here's a fun little thing I found. This thing will help you pick out which pokemon are actually your favourites!

I kept it to ten pokemon and also went with shinies because there are so many I like and I have a hard time deciding my favourites. The results are interesting.

Lots of blues and golds. Didn't expect Scolipede to be there but I'm cool with it.

Coincidentally, I caught a shiny Goodra and Tyrantrum as well as bred a shinky Treecko and Tentacool (x2).

shinies 1-3 look really awesome, the rest kinda sucks.

Forgot to add the list of my favourite pokemon overall:

I find it interesting that at least three of my favourites actually overlap with the shiny list. What surprises me is just the variety of different pokemon types (and the only mon on on the list I wasn't expecting at all was Glailie).

I feel like absolute cat shit right now, but I thought I'd use whatever brainmeats I have left to do this too.
I know, I'm so original with 5/10 of them being two whole evolutionary lines; they're both one of those cases where I really can't decide. The Impidimp line is just so fun and full of personality, and the Shroodle line reminds me of my kitten. Probably will have to do this again when I'm not sick. (:_(

I like a bunch of small and/or cutesy ones. I go stupid for them. :)

I went all the way up to twenty.
As you can tell, I tend to like a lot of the little biddybabs the most.

Shinies:

An interesting mix of genuinely good shinies, very subtle or minor ones, and oh god kill it with fire.

I went with 15, and I noticed that most, if not all of them were mostly in flat colors if white wasn't used, which looked a fair bit more pleasing to my eyes.

And with shinnies, it's mostly white city as almost all of them has one form of white as the changed color, especally with Porygon-Z and Iron Valiant (the latter is a few changes away from looking like they forgot to put the texture on it at all)

Looking at the results from other users who had the Scorbunny line in thier lists, it's funny that the shiny version is effectivly them just using various shades of black or brown fur like they couldn't find a way to not niggerfy the fur color

Back on the hack, I have 33 spaces (not including ones taken by Pokémon Crystal exclusive items), while I can recycle 24 more, since they are Key Items, Apricorns, , and pointless by-trade items. In case some Paradox Pokémon rely on them, I will not replace Pokémon-exclusive held items just yet.
  • SilverLeaf
  • RedScale
  • SecretPotion
  • SSTicket
  • SilverWing
  • GoldLeaf
  • RedApricorn
  • BluApricorn
  • YlwApricorn
  • GrnApricorn
  • WhtApricorn
  • BlkApricorn
  • PnkApricorn
  • CardKey
  • MachinePart
  • LostItem
  • BasementKey
  • Pass
  • DragonScale
  • UpGrade
  • SquirtBottle
  • ParkBall
  • RainbowWing
  • BrickPiece
I also plan on changing the following items:
  • Metal Powder aises the Defence of Ditto and Animon.
  • The Pink Bow raises Fairy-type moves. (I got hat from Pokémon Polished Crystal.)
  • The Polkadot Bow is renamed to the 'Silk Scarf'.
  • The Lucky Egg raises EXP by 100% instead of 50%.
  • The Coin Case is renamed to the 'Glitcher' in case people wan to have fun with ACE glitches.
  • I plan on keeping the Slowpoke Tail, but I am not sure on what effect should the Slowpoke Tail have.
  • The Up-Grade might ake the place of the aforementioned Soylent. Either way, the Up-Grade or Soylent will be a sort of Evolution Stone that now evolves the previou stage into the Future Paradox form, since @Disc mentioned that Paradox formes lose BST compared to their present forms. Th exception is Cyclizar, Magikarp, and Delibird, since they are already in their lowe stages.
  • In the same way, the Paleo Feed (or maybe the Brick Piece) is an Evolution Stone that evolves the previou stage into the Past Paradox form. Th exceptions are Cyclizar, Magikarp, and Misdreavus.
In short:
  • Phanpy → Paleo Feed/Brick Piece → Great Tusk
  • Phanpy → LV 25 → Donphan
  • Phanpy → Soylent/Up-Grade → Iron Treads
The New Key Items are:
  • Rotom Phone: Rotom runs all sorts of handy apps.
  • Sandwich: A fantastic picnic meal.
  • Tera Orb: Terastallizes Pokémon when charged.
  • KoraidonBall: A Pokéball than holds Koraidon.
  • MiraidonBall: A Pokéball than holds Miraidon.
  • Scarlet Book: Sado's book of the Great Crater.
  • Violet Book: Turo's book of the Great Crater.
  • Kofu Wallet: A wallet that Kofu left behind.
On what items I might add, depending on my ability...
  • Poison Stone
  • Ice Stone
  • Link Cable
  • The Flutes (five)
  • The Weather Rocks (four)
  • Broken Berry (cures infatuation, name refers to a broken heart)
  • The type-reducing berries (eighteen)
  • The stat-raising berries, incleuding cricital, accuracy, and evasion (eight)
  • Enigma Berry/AntiSprBerry

  • Rowap Berry/AntiSPLBerry
  • Net Ball
  • Repeat Ball
  • Timer Ball (too complicated?)
  • Quick Ball (too complicated?)
  • Dusk Ball
  • Heal Ball
  • Strange Ball (quadruple catching rate against non-Paldean formes, including Kantonian Tentacool and Kantonian Tentacruel)
  • Silent Ball (quadruple catching rate against betamon)
  • PewterCrunch (cheaper equivalen to Full Heal)
  • Quick Powder (applies to both Ditto and Animon)

Not much changed since last time in my Nuzlocke, didn't play very much.
I'm at Mossdeep town and beat the twins, my team looks still the same it did last time, just about seven levels higher and Magnemite is on par with the others.
I failed to get frosslass, the snorunt i first encountered in shoal cave was male.
Last hope for a good Grumpig replacement is Medicham in victory road, otherwise i have to take skarmory to e4.
Hoenn gets pretty boring after Winona. Cant wait to finish OR, Sun is next.
