SMT even has better leakers too! If half the shit that people have said about the leaks turns out to be legit I'm going to look forward to the shitshow that this game will provide for the next couple days.

Edit: Apparently the game itself is 10gb, which could mean one of two things:
1: Downloading the game before unpacking, and the update, takes 8gb total
2: The update is 8gb.

This shit is made in unity, easiest modded 3d pokemon game, though anon is overselling how much one can do with it being in the engine
Edit: don't want to double post, played with a bunch of guys in some discord I'm in, holy shit this game fucking sucks, like IDK how to put it but everything just feels slightly off in a way I cant put my finger on right now. I think it's probably due to the music or some shit. It's like a mobile game, really a shame since I had high hopes with the artstyle looking cute and the games adding some cool stuff to the underground and contests, might play more but idk.

We get physical copies, so I'm gonna have to let my brother know ahead of time that an update needs to happen before he starts playing it.

But FFS why can't developers fucking finish their damn games and stop having to rely on day-one patches?

EDIT: Re: Galarian Regis, their designs honestly doesn't make sense to me, because they're supposed to be golems, anthropomorphic inanimate matter that was built by human hands. Which is why the existence of Regigigas kinda messes with the lore since apparently, Regigigas wasn't made by humans since its job was to tow the continents into place, and it was the one who created the other Regis. I think an electric Golem can be a neat idea, but the design just looks... Was the best they could really think of was an incandescent lightbulb?

And Regidrago just looks stupid. Dragon heads for hands isn't cool, it never was.

Also if Regigigas made Regieleki and Regidrago, then where on its body does it show electric and dragon elements? The orbs on Regigigas' body are meant to represent the Golems under its command.

I feel like their intention was for them to be foreign and completely out of the blue like the galarian bird trio. I know that sounds obvious, but it's especially true for these two regis.

For all we know they likely weren't created by gigas and were instead formed from outside elements. Regidrago was probably the result of lingering energy from an ancient dragon pokemon hence why it's arms are a dragon skull and the dex mentioning "crystallized dragon energy". Same for Eleki.

There's two theories proposed by plausible in-company sources for Regidrago:

1: In the dex, is was theorised that it's arms were once the head of an ancient dragon pokemon. It's body is notably excluded from this explanation.
2: On the website, it's theorised that Regidrago was made by Regigigas, but he only had enough to make the head.

Both regis on the website are said to be sealed/contained by ancient people who were afraid of them. This is why Eleki has it's insulating rings.

The rom itself is 6.5 GB, so the day 1 patch is giant, bigger than the DLC for SwSh. Besides the music, don't know what else is there.
