Pokémon (Not-So) Griefing Thread - Scarlet and Violet Released with 10 Million Copies in First 3 Days in Buggy States

Yeah, I'm leaning towards fake for those. There's a lot of stuff on those sheets that would just be clutter/counter-intuitive (not really sure of a good word but eh) when it comes to ...designing stuff? Shit like coloured handwritten text, the fancy way the supposed names are on the sheets (what's with the tree branch the owl is on? complete waste of time really), redrawing the entire head for simple facial expressions, silly/jokey poses, etc.
Also I'm hoping they're not real. Mermaid sealion is cool but the owl looks kind of a lot like another Hawlucha for some reason and another stupid fire type with a martial arts theme is just going to be a disappointment.

They're almost certainly fake, yeah, but the more silly/joke poses have a technical purpose. They're there to establish the character. Like, wrestlecat is a heel, so there's that picture of him hitting Pikachu with the table. The different facial expressions help in making the 3D model, and so on. Not sure where you're seeing Hawlucha in Robin Hoot there though, they're completely different.

Here's some (probably) fake leaks to remind you that Gamefreak will never make the starter evolutions this cool.
I love how all the fanartists for all of these fake evolutions completely disregard Popplio's clown theme.

If Gamefreak continues a circus theme for Popplio, I personally hope they go for the more French Pierrot look rather than the obnoxious American Clown. Subtle and fancy rather than in-your-face and uncomfortable.

No fucks to give on the cat as long as it's not yet another Fire-Fight type. That combo should be banned after getting that crap three generations in a row. And the owl?

I really have no idea what to expect of it considering the massive diversity of types of owls out there and what the little borb could possibly morph into. I want to assume something fancy since it has a bow-tie leaf; but I also assumed fancy of Froakie because the bubbles on its face looked like spectacles, but we got a ninja instead of a gentleman.

CoroCoro leaks reveal two new Pokemon!

The first is Nekkoala, a Normal-type Pokemon. It has a new ability called Definite Sleep which prevents any status condition other than Sleep.

The second is Iwanko, a Rock-type. It is the dog Pokemon seen in the first Sun/Moon trailer.

I'm digging the designs of these two. So far the Alola region has no disappointing designs for me.

I'll take twenty of those Iwanko. Those are simply too cute.

Iwanko is definitely the cutest out of the two. I have a feeling that it might end up like Lilipup and get a three evolution line. Hopefully with a dual type down the line (Rock by itself isn't the greatest on types, but this is definitely the cutest rock type)

As for the other, it might be the better of the two competitively. Hopefully, these aren't version exclusive.

"Wanko" means "puppy", so pretty much anything with cute dogs is gonna run straight into that. Nintendo's probably smart enough to change it over in the English version.
Hopefully, otherwise it'll be
"Whenever I want to get Rock hard, Iwanko!"

I hope it doesn't end up like Zen Mode Darmanitan and only transform when its HP gets low. Otherwise, say goodbye to your item slot. *sigh*

By the looks of it, that's the case; it appears that when 10% form's HP hits the red, it transforms, gaining back a chunk of it's HP in the process. Though that's based solely off of the video seen at a convention in (I think) Taiwan, not the one the official Poke'mon channel on youtube.

Yeah, that's what I expect. At least it appears to get back some HP. Still, a single ice-type attack will probably be able to 1HKO it, keeping it from transforming.

The only Zygarde I care about is the dog one, but if I can't pet it in Amie and have to worry about it transforming ten different times in battle then I won't even bother with it. I know we don't know all the details yet but so far it seems like such a hassle.
