Cheren and Bianca have character arcs they go thru that are pretty solid. Cheren becomes semi-obsessed with becoming stronger and a better trainer to keep up w/ the MC. He eventually learns how be happy w/ his own strengths and realize that he doesn't have to be better than the MC to be great trainer or something like that. Bianca starts off the game doubting herself and having her father be completely against her journey. She eventually convinced herself and her father that she's ready for her journey and finds ways to be helpful w/o being an amazing trainer. The cool thing about these arcs is that you get to see them develop further in BW2 where Cheren is a gym leader and Bianca is Professor Juniper's aid.Just because they're nice and still nice at the end doesn't mean their character doesn't go through any development. It's been a while since I actually did a playthrough of X but I'm sure the 3 nice ones (not the opposite sex character) start out trying to collect badges and be good at battling and then come to terms with the fact their strengths lie elsewhere (dancing for fatso, pokedex filling for ginger midget) or at least the fact that they should move at their own pace instead of trying desperately to keep up with the MC (peppy girl who picks the weak one). Same with the ones in B/W, can't exactly remember what happens but Bianca has her own storyline involving her becoming an independant person and I can't really remember anything about Cheren. On the other hand, Gary starts out an asshole and stays an asshole. Brendan/May were bland as all hell. Barry (was that his name?) starts hyperactive and stays hyperactive and slows down only a little bit. The only one who had any real character arc was Silver because he eventually learns not to be a cunt.
What I found weird about that is that they had this material for zygarde in the pokedex that implied that another game about it would come out and it would relate back to the plot of XY but I guess it never panned out. That's great, I figured when they didn't due a third version for X/Y they were just going to give Zygarde the shaft.
UHHHWhy does Dog Zygarde have a glowing anus

Apparently, they're basing his typing on the actual composition of the sun. There's a reason why it's not fire exactly. Judging from this, Fairy might be nerfed.http://www.pokemon.co.jp/ex/sun_moon/pokemon/legend_01/
>type: psychic/steel
I wasn't the only one expecting something fire related?
>ability: metal protect
I wonder what that will do.

Also, I hope there's going to be a kiwi pokemon.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe in Japan, Dark is the "fighting dirty" type, hence moves like Sucker Punch and Bite. So it doesn't necessarily fit with a moon-themed pokemon. Besides, with Lunala's ability it seems like it will be tough to take down in one hit anyways.Apparently, they're basing his typing on the actual composition of the sun. Why does Lunala have 4x weakness to dark
The moon is pale and luminous. Why does Lunala have 4x weakness to dark

There's a whole bunch of steel types introduced. If its anything like what happened with fire pokemon in Gen 6 (where they felt everywhere), steel might be that.fairy nerfed? lol
Two legendaries doesn't seem like a whole bunch. Also Steel lost the Ghost/Dark resist last gen, if I remember correctly. Its still an amazing type and definitely one of the best, but both steel pokemon we've seen so far live in fear of SHADOW BALLIN'.There's a whole bunch of steel types introduced. I need to replay X then. I went through the game without using any dark type moves ^^"Two legendaries doesn't seem like a whole bunch. It is the cane toad of Pokemon, brutally slaughtering everything native in its wake...Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe in Japan, Dark is the "fighting dirty" type, hence moves like Sucker Punch and Bite. These new pokemon look great. Grubbin is surprisingly adorable, I hope we get a ground/bug or an electric/bug out of it, based on the description. The Trump mongoose is giving me dorky Bidoof vibes and I love it, plus Stakeout seems like its a pretty neat ability.
