Considering SV sold 10 million in 3 days, yeah it's pretty bad by Pokemon standards. The lack of hype around legends ZA was still incredibly noticeable looking back on it, like even games like Let's Go and USUM had more fanfare around them. There will always be little kids + pokemon adults that buy the newest slop no matter what, but I definitely feel like more and more "normie" fans are quitting the series.

SV and SwSh were released in mid November which probably had an effect on sales since it was directly in the Christmas shopping season. PLA had the tail end of the COVID sales bump pushing it up and released into a completely uncontested release window. PLZA coming out before the shopping season probably has a lot to do with it not meeting the same numbers as something like SwSh but I'd expect that to even out over the next few months.
I've watched all his edited tournament videos in the past and they do tend to contain a lot of waambulance theater kid personal mindset struggle sections that can get a bit rich, though in the context of those videos it fits well. Wolfe was certainly wronged but at the same time he does seem emotionally weak overall which would also line up with him being a bit of a doormat in the groping situations.

Yes, it's very good as far as these videos go, which is why this is one of the only things I could come up with to shit on it. He even says the groping is actually a minor issue compared to being really stressed and being subject to parasocial retards - which itself is kind of rich.
The pokemon centers sell vitamins in the post-game, otherwise it's the same ev grind as always. There are some side missions for the held items, but I haven't found the special attack and defense ones.
