POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

I really hope the female inmates or the people of the town could do something. I know petitions don't work anymore, but having a delusional male that still has a bent dick and raped his own mother in a facility with other females, some most likely having been raped before is just depressing. He doesn't need to be there. This playing into people's false fantasies in a bid to look more progressive isn't good for anyone.

I don’t know VA regulation, plus there’s a difference between state facilities and then county (jail, which is typically sentences that are a year or less or those being held per/during trial) those tend to each have their own stipulations on mail/packages.
In recent years, facilities are joining with companies like JPay which facilitate the use of special tablets to be used in facilities and special kiosks where they promote email (easier to monitor, etc) it’s not normal email and goes through this system and is a huge financial racket for facilities/companies as you have to purchase virtual stamps (which has length limitations so added stamps are needed which is a joke) and register and a lot of nonsense.

and yeah, PO Boxes can be an issue. Even working a nonprofit we have issues but thankfully are supported by an area business that allows us to use their address which bypasses a lot since, well not mail as much, but packages are another beast entirely.
However, I imagine this blowing up in a way like Chris Watts did, with spergs writing and sending shit to the point even state facility was overwhelmed in CO. Imagine THIS place?!

Surrounded by females 24/7 Chris literally is getting everything he ever wanted and all he had to do to get it was rape his mom.

Very informative, thank you! Really I just meant that if someone does something dumb like send a box of shit or a blow up doll grandma and put the P.O. Box as the return OP could be the one to get in trouble for it.
