- Primary caregiver of his victim aka community risk for re-offense to her
- No housing/ nobody to vouch for him aka flight risk because you can't locate him
- Stole from victim
- Past history with courts that are violent offenses.
- He probably said something super delusional about magichan or sonichu to his lawyer or the judge.
Can you imagine? Chris will have to register as a sex offender now and will have to remember to renew it every 5-10 years depending. Top kek. While I put him as a low risk re-offender (unless you have dementia) this homie gonna be forced to live far from schools etc. The future looks bleaker and bleaker.
Incoming question im pre-answering as a criminal justice fag:
Chris CANNOT use the "not guilty by reason of insanity" defense if the prosecution can prove he knew he was doing something wrong. The case for insanity defense requires him to not know right from wrong at the time of the crime(s) occured. Not wether or not he's otherwise delusional. Which he is. Using this even successfully isn't a free pass and sometimes is just a sentence mitigator (aka less time because retarded). Not knowing something is illegal or thinking its okay isn't a valid defense.
Using the insanity defense also sends you to a criminal mental health facility which giving the level of people who go there, Chris will not be the most autistic or insane person there. Imo it's a worse sentence.

Autistic Analysis of Factors the Court will Consider
Chris will likely have what is called a "Bench Trial" aka decided by the judge with no jury. 95% of cases are decided this way. Kiwi reporters will need to be there for multiple hearings still though.
Prosecution will bring up these points or try to get this submitted as evidence.
- They will subpoena his phone records for the texts about fucking barb so even if the audio cannot be used for whatever reason, they will still have that. Chris also plead guilty to many people on social media chat.
- Past offenses
- Victim was elderly
- Victim was someone he was the primary caregiver of
- Victim has dementia and is still alive and at the mercy of Chris if he is ever released while she is alive (press x to doubt).
- Chris is technically now responsible for their shit standard of living and the hoard since Barb can't do shit anymore. So this could be considered as well.
- He stole from her and likely has in the past.
- if they bother to look into Christory, he has a long history of not respecting boundaries of women. These could be submitted from his social media history or any texts they find. It would be extra nails in his coffin.
- he recorded in his texts she said "no" which even if this was consensual proves at one point it wasn't.
Defense counter points. As Christorians, we could likely all put up a good defense for mitigating factors to his case that should be considered when the judge sentences Chris. Mitigating factors are things like "well hes delusional and retarded" but in legalese. These aren't "he's innocent because" it's "here's how his treatment plan should go in Prison/after prison or why the sentence should be different" Putting Chris on the stand would be hilarious and potentially good for the case to show the judge how slow in the mind he is but also could work against him. Chris has a legal right to testify on his own behalf if he wants to much to the dread of his lawyer.
- Will be low risk once barb dies thus he re-offense rate after her passing is low. This matters for registry as a sex offender.

- Afaik has defended incest in the past, also documented Barb asked them to spoon after Bob died. This could be used as he didn't think it was wrong if they attempted insanity route or claimed it was consensual if it was found that the sexual relationship (any kind of sexual touching not just sex) began earlier than we thought.
- His life already is shit between debts/standard of living etc. One look into the Chandler house and talking to his pastors basically shows how bad off the standard of living is.

Life in & after Prison
Honestly prison will be 3 meals and a place to sleep so it avoids the homeless arc. Plus he will be getting letters or visits from weens/fans/farmers to keep him busy. No video games for him and no consooming. No cartoons etc. He will have to keep things clean and will have a regimented day which autists usually love having.
I feel he would lose his shit though if the house got reposessed bc Barb died while he was in Prison and all of his stuff got hauled away. It would be a karmatic justice as if he hadn't assaulted her, he would have a chance to save his toys. It would be a breaking point worse than the unclit merge arc for Chris.
He will also be immensely hard to release into the community because he doesn't have housing. An address (and job) is nessecary for sex offender registery and ex-cons. I'm not sure how his disability will pan out.
