POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

Good lord is that his prison outfit? Reminds me of a certain music video.

How long until it finally sinks into his dumb fucking head that he's not going to be able to just walk out of this one? A few nights in jail? When they refuse to let him do something he wants to do, like make his Fanta Milkshakes? When Barb tells him to fuck off and die?

The state is hilariously bad at identifying actual problems, so it doesn't come as a surprise to me that nothing was done.

In situations involving elders, and individuals with mental illness or autism, they tend to only act when its legally necessary. They don't make money off of moderate/low/no income families. It's the ones living on trust funds or there is money to be earned that they cherry pick the most.

Putting those people into privately run group homes or assisted living nets under the table commissions, especially in cases where its court ordered to go to a private facility. It's super fucked up but it's a big reason why nothing gets done until it's too late.
In the US it's legally impossible to force anyone who does not want help to get help unless they are an IMMEDIATE threat to themselves or others.

So, something just occurred to me.
Remember when I said that inmates don't have access to the internet, and thus may not know who Chris-Chan is and what he did until they go through his paperwork?

Chris-Chan's case is being picked up by media news outlets, which means that what he did is no longer confined to the internet.
So if a convict in that jail happens to switch on the TV, sees Chris-Chan (who sticks out like a sore thumb) and glimpses that headline of him raping his mother (which is currently the headline on places like CBS), Chris is FUCKED. And in the case of local outlets in Virginia, they might have been interested in investigating the HUGE controversy that swept the internet over the weekend, which means more chances for the headline: INTERNET CELEBRITY RAPED HIS OWN MOTHER to appear at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

Convicts would consider those who would rape their mothers just as bad as a chomo or a snitch.
That said, Chris had better keep his head on a swivel, or a convict will turn his neck into one.

Central Virginia Regional Jail? A bigger jail? Higher security? Smaller one? One closer to a looney bin? I'm not familiar with the area.

https://www.cvrj.org/ is apparently the jail

Wait, Are they charging him with something Federal?
Isn't rape and incest considered to be more or a state thing? Maybe there's something else that we don't know about. It could have something to with the Chandler's debt and living conditions.

It's the lack of empathy. He thinks it's funny.
Nah, there's something else.

But yeah, it's gonna get real fun for Chrissi boi.
I'm not sure if Chris 100% believes in the merge, but this kind of makes me lean towards "he believes it." This is the serene face of someone who is convinced he's about to be raptured and everything will be just peachy.

He's fucked, yeah, but not in the way a (relative by the standards of the incident) normal person would be. Make no mistake, the Autism Card mayu very well "get him out" of this in the traditional sense, but he's more likely than not looking at the rest of his life locked up in the wacky shack. Especially with the way he was ranting about dimensions and Sonichu when getting carted off, he'll be fast tracked into whatever qualifies as an asylum these days pretty quickly.
