To search the house? Yeah, Chris wasn't arrested at the house and he wasn't even supposed to be at the house.

EDIT: Actually, Barb owns the house and could probably just give them permission to go in without a warrant unless she also doesn't want them to get in for some reason. Alternatively, Barb might not be competent enough to give permission since that's probably gonna be called into question as well. Warrant is the safer bet.

Don't worry if Chris's mom really does have dementia or something similar and she will most likely be put into a nursing home Chris will most likely go to prison jail or a mental institution and all the possessions in the house will be auctioned off to pay for Barb's living situation

It happened to my grandmother when she got Alzheimer's and no one had enough money to put her in a good living facility so the government sold most of her possessions that the family did not want and took the money to pay for her living arrangement

So most likely if this is the case they will have a big auction and you could walk away with Chris Chan's drawings and possibly his car

Even if he gets a 20 - 30 year sentence, I don't think he'll get out of it alive due to how fucked up his body is and the fact that he probably never exercises.
