POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

It's especially strange, considering the top card says "white" outright.

Your guess is as good as mine.
You can be Hispanic and white, so on government forms Hispanic/Latino is basically a modifier of other races.

See this section on the 4473 form you need to fill out to buy a gun from an FFL.

Question: Did Chris ever legally change his sex?

I know he changed his name legally but I was thinking perhaps he was referred to as male by the police because that what his drivers license listed him as?

I'm not sure, I haven't paid any attention to Fatty for several years.

Haven't gone through the whole thread but here's the website to search various counties in VA for criminal records:

I don't see anything filed yet in Henrico County for Chris.
He was just arrested last night. Jails are legally required to keep public inmate info up to date, but the same isn't true for court records. Either it just isn't public yet, or they're not filing the paperwork until they know what else he did that they could add. On top of that, you can sit in jail for a loooong time before even your first court appearance.

How easy is it to get prison visits if you're not a relative?
Sorry if I'm late, you have to sign up to be a visitor through prison inmates. They send you papers to fill out and depending on the facility you have to provide varrying forms of ID.

SSDI benefits will continue for Chris in jail until he's convicted of a crime. That said, it'll be difficult for Chris to manage money and move it around to pay bills while he's there. I'm thinking they'll fumble their mortgage payments and lose the house while this goes on along with other basic shit like cell phones, and utilities.
You know how long it will take to lose a house in this day and age? YEARS. They could be upside down, six ways to sunday, and the bank will let it drag out for years. Unless Chris is incarcerated for 10+ years that house will sit there, without power/water but still getting mortgage notices until years down the road when it's foreclosed.

The gender on his documents is listed as female, I believe.

Wow, their website looks like it was coded back in the 1990s:

I haven't even been able to find an inmate search function yet:

Why on earth the name on the browser's tab of the main page says "centralVAGINIAregionaljail"? Shouldn't it be "Virginia"?
It changes to "virginia" when you go to other pages, but on the main page it's "vaginia".
Really, what the hell?
