what would the feasibility of a dedicated Shilling thread in their respective boards be? One for games, music, art, I&T, SS, etc. maybe have it viewable to users only so nobody can lurk it. we dont need full board dedicated to shilling others stuff, that sounds like it'd devolve into a shitshow.

I think this would pair well with the new self-sufficiency board. People want equipment or a tool to do X and a lot of folks in that space make a lot of cool stuff specific for that use-case.
Beyond actual products, there's a lot of discussion and knowledge on the self-sufficiency board that could be put together into some great videos. There's a unique mix of people who have experience doing interesting things that others want to learn about on a platform without the drawbacks of more popular modern forum equivalents. If nothing else, one can be sure nobody will feel the need to hold back criticism here whether it's good, bad, or ugly.

Homegrown Kiwi content creators of this type could make some genuinely useful things, and ones that earn a good reputation could in turn help improve the farms' reputation. The un-debankable Florida company Josh intends to create could play a big part in allowing these people to mitigate the backlash a content creator with a Farms association would encounter, IIRC he's described the possibility of offering a redbubble-like merch service, so it's not too much a stretch. Anything of sufficiently high quality that catches Josh's eye could even get a feature on MATI, if I may be so bold to suggest.

As long as someone isn't spamming their shit everywhere I think it's time for people to come out of the sewers and raise their halberds high.

♦️ There could be kiwi game developers, streamers, videos of people reading the farms for the blind, kiwi music bands, kiwi lolcow novelletes, let's plays, the world of kiwi content is endless.🍻

I know of a group of kiwis that stream about nerd shit, I've never mentioned it incase they got in trouble, but I think more stuff like that would be cool. It's not like you have to show your face, if you say Trannie here and you say Trannie on Youtube then it's all on brand. Live free and become unhinged.

don't be evil, josh. wise company once said. keep those nigger ads away from my non-nigger eyes

People who willingly post their projects here and have spent more then 10 minutes researching this site will realize advertising here is going to bring the woke and tranny mobs down on your head.

Based and brazen to be willing to do it, and will make the genderfluids seethe. My vote is allow self promotion.

Great way to quickly turn many heads.

Succumb to the sweet sweet temptation of revenue and add advertisements to the site jersh
Yes, mandatory 3rd party javascript. Just what every government goon needs.

I thought we, as a community, had already decided to be restrictive on Self-Promotion a while back. With the black kid trying to make his shitty zombie manga and Kinochet shilling his channel for every post and all, I thought Null had written the rule into stone. Oh, what the hell? At least we'll see some interesting "projects" coming down the pipeline.

@Null

I don’t see a problem if it’s in the right place, but if I was you I’d charge a nominal fee for people who want to do it regularly.

It will serve 2 functions, a small source of income for those brave enough to do it (lol) and also keep track of what’s getting posted and where. It’s a barrier to entry that may discourage spam.

All I’m saying is if done properly someone could conceivably get thousands of eyes on their project- not just on the farms but the infamy of being on the farms. Just about every other website charges for the privilege.

Obviously up to you, but that’s my ¢.02

If you make a compelling pitch and product I'll probably buy it, but expect to be called a nigger and shill while I simultaneously consume product and await next product.

If you get rich with said product, consider tipping Null a few hundo on MATI, alot of people don't know this but tips are TAX FREEEEE~

Fun fact about Kickstarters, one time I backed a board game I thought was really good. I never got the released product which had special features and when it went to retail stores I was a little bummed. I went on KS and complained and wrote a bad review, probably a little late but whatever. I was messaged via email and sent the product, but it turns out I had actually had some sort of payment issue, a card associated with the KS backer profile had expired or something so it was actually my fault, they didn't investigate hard enough to know this but I still got the game for free. It went on to be a financial success so I don't feel bad for accidentally Karening and getting exclusive shit for free.
