Hoenstly, with the possibility of the Farms having an actual bank account this isn't nearly as retarded as it seems. I mean, people pay money to post dumb shit on Craigslist, so why not the Farms? If a designated shitting street is created then I don't see a problem with it. Failing that, as long as they keep to relevant threads, disclose any relationship they have to the project, and don't spam the fuck out of threads with their stuff (taglines/signatures notwithstanding), then that's fine I think.Create a board - charge a fee. Remove all promotion from other boards. The fee makes them think twice before posting low effort, trolling promotions.
I mean, if we're going to go that far, insofar as the Farms can take money soon-ish, then offer a support tier where you can post a banner on the front page. No, not banner advertising, but banner shitposting. So someone could take over the front page with a decent sized banner of dickbutt or something equally stupid. As long as they're not spamming it.
Shit why not charge them for ad space on the front page?
Has to be a limit though, as long as its not constant faggot YouTubers or other retards spamming their bullshit shitting up the place, it's harmless. Could be good for the site.
As long as its not Kinochet.
And if they make money you get a cut.
</shill_mode>Wow, that's an interesting question, Null. Here, let me go ahead and link you to my 2 hour YouTube video in which I will discuss this topic. Don't forget to check out my Patreon, and my wife's Only Fans in my signature. Let's also talk about your troubling conspiracy theories about Stripe payment services and world banks. While I heavily disagree with what happened to you, I think it's a minor error in an otherwise great system that gives people like me such opportunities to make a career out of reading Kiwi Farms all day, and making advertiser friendly content.
Hello friends. Sorry for the delay on answering you. Yes, I am very happy and glad for being a part of the Kiwifarms Community. I enjoy being here and talking about my game and other topics, whenever an opportunity appears. I enjoy here because as you may know, many, thousands of game forums banned me and deleted the thread on my game for political reasons and fear of backlash. To be honest, my game's development is going very slow, because, as you may know, Fursan al-Aqsa was not a comercial success to the point that I can earn my living out of its sales on Steam. Praise be to Allah (God), it gives me about a monthly salary (in Brazilian Currency) and it helps to pay some bills. But the whole purpose of Fursan al-Aqsa, as you all know, was not meant to be a commercial success, but a game to make the morons and zionists cry and seetheIf you want an example of a self promotion done right, I will direct you to @nidalnijmgames and the thread on his game.
He did not make the thread itself, but joined the farms to answer any questions and provide updates on his game. Due to the nature of his game, he would be hard pressed to do so anywhere else in this political climate without being censored or judged. As far as I know, he doesn't shill his game outside his thread and he doesn't make a nuisance of himself, in fact he's a very nice guy to talk to and he loves talking about topics other than just his game directly. When he does, he gives updates, sometimes behind the scenes sort of stuff, the kind of things you want to hear from a game dev, nothing heavy handed to force you to buy his product. I am not sure if his game is a financial success or if this thread on the farms helped him any, but I don't think it hurt anyone in the process, either. Plus, his game is pretty based, just as advertised.
If people like Nidal want to come here to promote their business or products and they're not obnoxious about it, I don't see why you shouldn't give them a chance. Some might have nowhere else to go without censorship, others might want to find self-minded people that they might find here, others want to promote something that only those who follow specific lolcows or communities like the sektur would care about. Naturally, this would be the place to do so.
This isn't an issue I feel very strongly about either way, and like I said it should be allowed strictly so we can judge each person on individual bases, depending on what they're selling or promoting and what their motives are.
