I tried testing Windows Copilot to see what kind of AI generated images it could produce. I'm almost amazed with how accurately it was able to depict my self-caricaturizing theriomorph and I wanted to try to outdo one of the images I prompted. Of course, I didn't outright attempt to duplicate the image because that's what AI would have done; I drew my own version in my own art style and implemented my own slightly altered postures and expressions. Now I want you to tell me who won, the AI or I?

I do a type of art that I don't actually know the name of. I just call it collage art. Basically I take assets from around the internet. Then manipulate them into what I want. I also recently adopted putting them through AI. To enhance the images to be exactly how I want them. I know everybody gets butt hurt about AI when it comes to art. But to be clear I do make these images. I see it as basically I just put it through a filter.

I think another Kiwi mentioned this here but this is what AI should be used for regarding art. A tool to help actual artists rather than trying to turn the AI into an artist and failing. Good stuff.
