Some of my women unfortunately suffer from man-face.

I draw too many guys and not enough ladies!
I have the same problem, but the opposite side. I need to do a good effort to make characters look masculine. But with practise you will discover small things that help define feminine and masculine faces, like the jawline starting slightly above the mouth for men and slightly below the mouth for women.
Out of curiosity how long did anatomy studies take you when you first started them? I've done gesture drawings and specific subjects (hands, faces) but have always been skittish with full anatomical studies because of the time investment.
Anatomy is a constant for me and even if i know i'm getting better, there is still a lot of work to do before i can draw something without reference. But i will say the best way to do anatomy studies is with a bit of practise, since getting to see the shape of what you are trying to draw is probably the most important part. Once good exercise i did time ago was to draw my own hand without looking back to the paper, just following the shape of your hand with your eyes.
But if you want to study anatomy, i recommend getting anatomical charts. Mainly, the ones showing the body muscles. They are probably the best to study the shape of the body since making the body piece by piece is much easier than going for what we percieve as a whole.
It's amazing to see the thread still growing and people contribuiting, both old and new. This week has been a bit hectic for me and i haven't focused on anything special. I have to put more focus on doing bigger things even if they end up looking like garbage. Anyways, here is the stuff.
Like i said, very hectic. I need to get better at capturing the gesture from models or characters i draw will look stiff as a plank. I also thought about filling some of the empty spaces in the page with objects since i also need to improve drawing items.
Last page of my sketchbook. I decided to go over some old things by memory. The female torsos are done like that but i needed the reference for the male one, as well as for the legs since i still suck at making legs. And probably the best it's the pants in the bottom. I enjoyed making those.
Edit: For some reason, thumbnails didn't showed.
