Yes, the gaslighting is insane. In every thread about this game, you see someone going "uh maybe you're the pedophile, libtard???" then you scroll down and someone else is talking about cute and funny and is heavily upvoted.

The outrage and malding over the game makes me want to play it. How is it from technical side? iirc it's running on RE Engine, but I've never played a single game with it, and I don't know if my RTX 2070 can handle it.

The Minimum for the game is a GTX 1660 so you should be fine.

I think the game seems completely fine and the entire discourse around it is retarded. If the game sexualizes the kid anywhere then fair enough but so far all I've seen is some barefoot kid with a jacket on. That's not nearly enough for me to jump on the bandwagon.
