How does any of this not matter? If proper procedure was not followed when serving a defendant or the defendant wasn't served at all, her "loss" gets thrown out. It's that simple. It's not even a matter of simping for Vikki, at least for me; I don't really follow anyone in CG outside of Zack anymore and I couldn't pick her out of a crowd. But it's about proper application of the law and legal procedure, and right now there's a lot more evidence that that didn't happen than it did.

Like I said, so many other cases you have all cheered on have also included defendants not being served properly nor on time. The dumb bitch at the clerks office isn’t paying attention and they don’t care. At this point vikki needs to hire an attorney to fight the default & service (that is when the technicalities matter) & then fight for dismissal. So in the end, it doesn’t matter if she was served properly or not. She needs to show up now. At that point service is irrelevant because she is now there addressing the lawsuit and you need to spend time and money fighting default, service THEN dismissal when she coulda just shown up and fought for dismissal off the batt saving time & money. Anyway, I’m not giving her anymore fucking advice at this point. If you were paying attention to other cases that you all cheered on, this is all so obvious and elementary. When the lolcow fanatics become the lolcows HAHAHA

Clerks don't decide cases.

At this point vikki needs to hire an attorney to fight the default & service (that is when the technicalities matter) & then fight for dismissal. So in the end, it doesn’t matter if she was served properly or not. She needs to show up now. At that point service is irrelevant because she is now there addressing the lawsuit and you need to spend time and money fighting default, service THEN dismissal when she coulda just shown up and fought for dismissal off the batt saving time & money. Thats not how any of this works. She needs to now notify the court that she was not served, yes, but her getting served "properly" and then actually going through the case is a separate operation. And why should she have just shown up for a case she wasn't served for anyway? How would she have known where and when to show? That someone has to or should actively seek out and participate in cases they aren't even properly a defendant for yet is absurd.

Magistrate Judge David L. Horan has recommended that @PocketJacks & Lamont's case against @FROG be dismissed on the grounds of lack of jurisdiction. However, Horan recommends that Dean's MtD be DENIED (should have filed a motion to dismiss first, Dean).

Spectre fucked Dean hard. Filed an answer first and without even asserting that the court lacked jurisdiction. Tried to fix that oversight in the motion to dismiss, which was not considered. Told everyone it was OK because Dean is a pro se idiot and Uncle Ethan will get everybody dismissed wholesale anyway. A spectacular failure.

Can Dean request the court go after Specktree for unauthorized practice of law, or is that something the court decides for itself?

Vikki and Preston were exchanging tweets about a week ago. She indicated that Preston would have trouble collecting from her. One could also read into her replies that she has no intention of addressing her default in court. Spectre boasts that his legal advice is better than what Preston is paying for.

No one said clerk decides cases you but you’re all flabbergasted how she could have been entered into default. That’s because the clerk enters it. “Clerk’s entry of default”. Try to keep up. The clerk ENTERS the entry & that’s enough to start the process.

You clearly have no experience in lawsuits. Stop speaking as if you know anything. Preston provided enough information to show he “served” vikki, that’s all that matters and the clerk made the entry to default.

Vikki knows about the lawsuit and should have dealt with it like an adult. Ignoring it is stupid. No one cares who is right or wrong, and neither do you. You just want entertainment & to pick sides. Again, the hypocrisy Is fucking laughable. Can’t wait to see how this pans out & see how vikki pretends to act like she doesnt care. Garnishing wages? Can never own property or any assets. Keep playing the “good luck collecting” game. Good luck having to run & hide your whole life.
