Yeah, this is actually one of the bigger positives of having the sticker notifications. It can remind you of a thread you may have forgotten you've posted in, and there might be updates you might be interested in reading.

Subbing to every single thread you've posted in and might have an interest in is impractical IMHO, especially if Watched Threads are going to be at the top of the forum page going forward.

Well, sorta. But the longer story is this:

1) Me and my frens from Q&A get pulled into an unironic gay furry ERP and we are wtf is this shit?
2) @0 2 makes a post in the Spiderman thread calling into question if Catler is a Discord pedo or not.
3) I am the appointed Queen of Q&A by SOMEBODY and so I want to clean house. Is he a pedo on Discord or not?
4) Catler doesn't even want to defend himself and immediately runs off. So if you are confused about the kill count post on my profile, yeah I made the thread that did what men couldn't and makes TERFs really seethe about which is beyond hilarious.
5) For reasons I don't understand, this kicked off a bunch of DM invites for everyone to all kinds of gay shit DMs.
6) Complaints are made.
7) Here we are.

It's really weird how many people don't participate in the lolcow part of the site at all and just treat this like a social club.

I think there's two major reasons for this:

1. A lot of people initially join to follow one or a few cows but stick around once the milk dries up.
2. KF has acquired the reputation for free speech so people will join based on that reputation alone and don't even know what a lolcow entails.

Lolcow.farm has gone through the same thing. More people use the off-topic boards than the cow boards, which isn't yet the case for KF at least. Their reasons are similar, though their reputation is as a "female-only imageboard" instead of anything to do with free speech. They also get new cows at a much slower place than KF. Although we get more cows and the Prospering Grounds always has something new, a lot of old users just aren't interested in new cows, especially when 7 out of 10 of them are pedophile trannies whose only milk is Twitter posts.

I don't care too much about my stickers, but the inability to see other's rating scores adds an extra step when you're trying to tell if someone getting mass downrated is either an isolated retard moment or an actual colossal idiot stinking up multiple threads like ZatLit or SamanthaPrater. Instead of glancing at their score now I got to go read their posts which are probably all slop. It's not a huge deal, but noteworthy enough to make the observation.
