Wow... I didn't think time would fly that fast. But at the time of this posting, his probation ends tomorrow. Wonder how our pet lolcow will celebrate? Or would he just ignore this and play his vidya? What do you think? Oh and lets not forget that his mom is still on probation for another year. Wonder how all of this is going to turn out? Comments anyone?
 
We've made sure Judge O'Cash will be sitting on the bench. We can only hope Chris doesn't expose her openly during the hearing and link her to Snyder.
 
Hopefully this means Chris will finally get back to posting more than just Facebook/Twitter messages.

I must say this frustrates me. I don't like it when Chris wins, and this in particular is irritating. The ban that the judge put in place to keep Chris away from The Game Place will be lifted, and there is no longer anything preventing him from returning. I hate to say it, but Chris has won. Snyder isn't going to be happy, but there's nothing he can do now.

The most galling part isn't even that Snyder has to allow Chris into his store, but Snyder has to do so warmly and graciously with open arms. Imagine being forced by the courts to have to bow to Chris... Disgusting. Worse, Chris will probably take full advantage of the Michael and his store, if he finds out that that there's nothing Snyders or the police can do about it. This truly is the worst possible outcome. ** sigh **

Don't worry. Putting up with "smug Chris(tm)" is annoying but rest assured there will be a fall afterwards. There's always a fall.

He'd have to be an idiot to go back to the place. Part of being a business owner is being able to deny service for any reason (within reason of course). Chris provides a lot of reasons to deny service especially with his track record there. I predict he'll celebrate with a big bag of nothing or a victorious facebook post.
 
I think now that Chris can honestly go back to the Game Place with no legal repercussions, he's going to turn his whole life around. Snyder kept him out for so long and he didn't see how much Chris has grown, and I think that someday Chris will be the owner and operator of the store like he should have been greater than five years ago
 
Chris isn't magically unbanned from the Game Place, the restraining order or whatever it was is just going away. It'll be no different than it was before Oct 28, except now if he tries something there which warrants police action (which I don't anticipate) he's got a previous record of causing serious trouble there. Snyder has every right to boot him out the door and almost certainly would.

I think the most we'll see is some kind of passive-aggressive "musing" on his FB.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the court can make Snyder allow Chris into his store, and I don't see why they'd do so. Owning a private business means you have the right to ban people from your store without going to court (at least over here). According to the cwcki article on the GAMe PLACe, he has to keep away from Michael Snyder at all times, so he's effectively permanently banned.
 
No, Chris will essentially be immune to any bannings since he's already Served His Time. it's called Double Jeopardy. You can't get arrested again for a crime you already served time for! Snyder will pretty much have to suck up to Chris because the restraining order will be lifted and if they get another call from the police then Snyder will be fined No Greater Than $5,000.99 for wasting the officers time since Chris will be granted IMMUNITY.

This is why it is so important we got judge O'Cash on the case. Only she can stop Chris from winning.

I may be missing something here, but Double Jeopardy means that Chris can't be brought back to court for the October 2011 incident, not that he can commit this same crime again without being arrested. If Double Jeopardy worked that way, convicted shoplifters could keep going around shoplifting, murderers could go out and kill without recourse, etc.

If he ever figures out he has impunity, he'll be unstoppable. Michael Snyder is a nice guy, and I'd hate to see Chris take advantage of him. Worse, what if Chris decides that, instead of wanting to go back to playing games at the GAMe PLACe, he wants revenge? The way the laws are written in C-Ville, Chris can walk right in and start shouting at Snyder, and the police can't do anything about it.

The one bright spot is that I think Chris doesn't know about Double Jeopardy.

Hopefully Christian never figures out he's allowed back at the GAMe PLACe, as it would ruin everyone's plans. :cry:

Guys I'm really worried that Chris is going to figure out that he can't be touched. He can literally walk up to Snyder and gloat in his FACE that his dirty Jew Tricks failed and that he can now hang out in the GAMe PLACe without fear of being kicked out or have the law called on him. He is truly his own free bitch now. I hope that he remains ignorant of this information.

I just thought of something: if he starts going back to the GAMe PLACe where are we going to have our meetings with Michael and Megan? This could make things very difficult for us, especially the field agents, Gayboy Berserkers and Smegma Crazies. O, Discordia!
