Not sure what ID I should uptie 4 next after uptying Knight of Despair's Rodion to uptie 4 (using the item from the limbus pass). Should I go for Queen of Hatred Don Quixote, Wildhunt Heathcliff, Firefist Gregor, or Ring Pointilist Yisang?

It's better to focus on getting as much characters and EGOs from shard than Uptie 4 existing ones. Mainly the first seasons IDs needed Uptie 4 for balancing, it's usually some more damage an clash power, which doesn't make a lot of difference.
