This is garbage.
Typical Quinton Bullshit. Rushed, under-researched, over-stretched, whiny. He should have made the entire video about Spongebob specials IMO.
I was a Teenage Gary is such a bizarre, horrid thing to watch, such a key installment in the Spongebob body horror tradition, and he just scated past it to talk about some Twitter conspiracy theory.
Maybe instead of simpering and going 'uwu pwease get me to 400k' and jealousy wanking to Big Joel, he should actually think about why no one is watching his content.
> He just admits is going to be rushed in the first two minutes just to set expectations.
> He is negotating making an ICarly video if he gets to 400k before 2021, which is fucking epic considering he kinda already did it because he dedicated a quarter of his Fallen Titans on comedy to fucking ICarly.
> I sincerely dont get why he wanted to make this video. He just summarizes the specials. This video is supposed to be a quick, short video and is only 4 minutes shorter than Mr. Meaty.
> The "body horror was inside him along" did get me to chuckle, I will give him that.
> Quinton Tangents at it again. Is funny when he already being in a tangent about how people remember SpongeBob moments differently then says "to get in a quick tangent". This whole regal moment lasts for a minute and even though I have the playback velocity in 2 it felt eternal.
> Over half of the video is just about SpongeBob. If anything it would have been better if Q decided to make a video about his thoughs on SpongeBob Halloween specials for how disconnected it feels. I feel like he could just have bought a couple of DVDs and review them and it would have made more sense that whatever this is.
> He talks about The Boy That Cried Werewolf and doesnt mention the funniest part of the movie: it ends with the main cast singing Baby, Hit Me One More Time that itself is a gag in the movie. Then he sorta of glances over Crybaby Lane. I feel like he could have talked about either Nicktoons specials or Live Action specials or at to make a more cohesive selection. I was surprised he didnt bother with FOP specials or even Big Time Rushs special considering the latter was released the same year as The Boy That Cried Werewolf.
> He even makes a point about episodes that while not been Halloween themed are very spooky, he could have done that with stuff like the flea episodes of CatDog and SpongeBob (which btw still make me irk), the little brother episode of Rugrats, all of Danny Phantom or the aforementioned body horror episodes in FOP. If he wanted to go very underground he could have reviewed stuff that while not being Nickelodeon exclusive was spooky themed or at least had spooky vibes like Angela Anaconda, Growing Up Creepie, Edgar & Ellen, Frankensteins Cat, Ruby Gloom or even Jimmy Two-Shoes which was aired on Nick in some territories. I did grew up on reruns of some of these shows so I know Q has seen them or at least is semi aware of them.
