I was chatting with my father about where Miranda Cosgrove ended up and looked into the other two actors playing Sam and Freddie. Nathan Kress is an evangelical Christian with a growing family who has spent time volunteering to build homes in places like Lithuania. Also learned that both Cosgrove and McCurdy suffered from eating disorders, seemingly while iCarly was ongoing. There's actually something of an interesting story in why both of their careers peaked under Dan Schneider, concomitant with the lowest points in their mental health. Instead of going for the tired foot fetish thing, this is a much more worthwhile and sensitive topic to address that would take Q into their careers before and after Schneider, how they dealt with stardom, how happiness and fulfillment in a career relates to unreasonable demands of Hollywood, etc. But we all know Quentin will just go for the lowest hanging fruit and fail at manipulating the youtube algorithm.

I thought Cosgrove ended up in USC. Hard powerlevel, I was accepted and I would've been in her graduating year, the problem is that USC is one of the most, if not the most expensive school in California, and Los Angeles isn't exactly a cheap city to live in either.

Yeah, because his life was going great before the Pandemic. I'm sure that if it weren't for Covid he would have started college at the age of 23, graduated in the span of a year and a half and and gone on to socialize with people in the real world. Or maybe he would have kept spending his days in locked in his room complaining about muh Natsees and Orange Man on social media, crying on his private Discord server for positive reinforcement the moment anyone called him out on being a retard and alienating everyone in his life in order to chase his dreams of e-fame, I guess we'll never know.

This seems more like discomfort with the fact that Q hasn't done anything with his life (e.g. go to college) and gets uncomfortable when it's brought up. Most of my graduate school experience has been soured by the coof, but I don't think my youth was stolen. The truth is, if we consider the peak of youth to be college shenanigans and relationships, Quinton stole his own youth by holding seances with garfield plush toys and consooming all day instead of pursuing any modicum of higher education.

As some posters mentioned a few pages back, a lot of the cast members like Cosgrove went through some issues when the show was airing likely provoked by Schneider and the network.
One could talk about the asinine expectations teen stars are forced to go through until they're morphed into these weird pseudo idols that are only good until they're tossed once their show ends.
But we all know that the video is going to be " old media bad" and he'll go for whatever low-hanging fruit he can pin-point like his atrocious Hamilton video.

I legit have never seen anyone tell Quinton "you are so young" unless it is right after "you are 23?"

Is never to late to get a degree if you really want to, but that obviously is not the case for Quinton. Getting a degree, specially in this economy is a testament to perseverance even in the field of humanities. Not to mention college pairs you with like minded people and the ability to network, kind of important when you want to make films.
At his core he is not mad that he doesn't have a degree, he is mad that people are expecting him to have one because it means he has been wasting the last four years of his life hoarding toys from Ebay and getting depressed in Twitter.

Quinton is legitimately talented. There’s a reason why he got a fanbase originally. It’s his narcissistic fart huffing and obsession with chasing celebrity that ruined his career. Again, the Dobson comparison is very apt here.

I didn’t include it in my predictions as I’m not entirely sure what he’d do with it. I could see him glossing over the subject just to comment on the rabid fanbase obsessed over the fictional relationship, or he may actually attempt to do some kind of deep dive into the topic.

I watched that show and genuinely didn’t care at all about their relationship. I thought it was forced and cringe, if I thought of it at all. I shouldn’t be surprised people obsessed over it, yet I am.

Much like Spoony, Quinton is having a hard time keeping up with his Patreon obligations. I didn't check to see if he'd done a Q&A video every month as promised, but the last time he posted one was October 2020, and the last time he asked pay pigs for questions was Christmas.

Quinton is failing to meet his promised rewards, and his patrons should feel cheated, not just the $10 ones. 10 Buckaroos lets you ask questions, but any amount let's you see the Q&A video. Like Spoony, he sits on Twitter all day, ignoring his work and drifting further and further into irrelevance.

I hope he at least has the decency to shut down his Patreon when he gives up.

I used to be his patreon. I had to finally cut the cord when he couldn't even deliver on his q&a stuff. How hard is it to film a video answering questions each month? I would understand if his videos were time coomsuming to make or he had other obligations like a job or family to take care of. But all he does all day is watch fucking icarly.

COVID is on the verge of dying out in almost a year, so I don’t know what he means by “probably”. Also, I can guarantee you that no one asks those two questions unless if you’re trying to get a real job that doesn’t revolve around pop culture consumerism.

Let's dissect this more thoroughly.

Quinton is pretty much a scamming hack. That's a fact we have discussed plenty here.
- The Quew (the server the Discord leaks came from) is supposed to be a universal reward for just supporting monetarily, yet Quinton refused to allow anyone that didn't give him at least $2 a pass. Quinton states on his rewards that you only need to donate $1 and you are in, but behind the scenes, he has admitted he is not willing to grant possible trolls the benefit of the doubt. As such, not even half of his patrons are part of his fan server. Quinton Reviews is a scamming hack.
- You need to pay him $5 so he can copy-paste your Patreon username on a text layer in Premiere and scroll it at the end of the video slow enough so you don't complain. QuintonReviews is a scamming hack.
- You have to pay him $10 for the right to ask him a question he is very likely going to refuse to answer for a segment that is supposed to be done monthly but he does when he feels like it. Quinton Reviews is a scamming hack.
- You can receive a mug for giving him $75 for three months. Quinton Reviews is a scamming hack.
- You could acquire an Amazing Atheist look-alike plushie (of which there are still 152 collecting dust on Q's room) from a failed campaign in exchange for $30 + taxes if you live outside the States. Or you could if it weren't because Quinton was careless enough to not keep track of the orders. Quinton Reviews is a scamming hack.
- You can get a personalized voice recording from a manchild with a whiny and unbearable voice for $55, that said, under his conditions. Ricky Berwick and Jesus Christ charge less on Cameo. Quinton Reviews is a scamming hack.
