I'm watching the video and I think it's hilarious how needlessly petty he's being calling out his former roommate for moving out. I can't imagine Quinton doing anything that could possibly irritate anyone enough not to live with him.

It's kinda TMI to compare myself to him, but I thought he was older than me or around my age and it turns out I'm a fair bit older. The thing that really made me think he was older, aside from looks, is that he worships Channel Awesome and they stopped being good in 2010 basically. Maybe I just assumed that he liked their earlier content, when in reality he likes their later more PC/activist content (looking at you, Lindsay Ellis).
