I think we got an interesting beast right here. Allow me to give you an abridged version of what happened so you don't have to sit through almost 50 minutes of slow as fuck mumbling about Quinton fucking Reviews suddenly being the most eligible bachelor this side of the Missouri. My verdict is that this is middle school theater kid level cringe.
In very un-Quintonesque fashion he gets to the point the moment the video starts and pulls a master move of pure pettiness. As you guys already got spoiled to death, Flowergothic (henceforth referred to as Julia) fell in love with Quinton (very likely the 'final blow' she refered to) and this whole crusade against him has in Q's eyes is solely motivated by the rejection.
Mf isn't holding any punches in a battle he know he can win and much less against a woman.
A very Quinton thing to say is that he
was hoping the problem was going to go away by ignoring it.
- Julia's story was that she sacrificed hours of sleep, social gatherings and even skipped classes to meet deadlines. Q's side is that she had 2 week windows of time to work and rushed everything to impress him. Her work didn't impress him and he spent just as much time fixing her mistakes as it took her to edit his videos. This part is kind of funny to me because there's a gap in the video shortly after he mentions that.
- Julia claims that she was underpaid for more labour for The End of iCarly, turns out that Q shows the screencaps that prove she was the one that set the rates. I maintain that the rates are insulting for the amount of manhours but that's her fault. Says that he could've paid her more but any money after the friendship ended was going to be interpreted as hush money. Mentions in 2 separate occasions he spent 80k in editors last year, Patreon money goes to them and that he does his taxes.
- Julia inserted herself as a ghost writer for Victorious and her notes tended to be very horny. Again, you may argue this as another case of the pot calling the kettle black but she does have an Only Fans so who fucking knows.
- Surprisingly he doesn't mention that Julia documented her own love quest through OkCupid in the Quew. Again, not throwing stones from a glass house.
- Julia stalks him in every app he is in.
For what you Qiwis actually care about
- I think is pretty telling that even Quinton agrees he was very passive about just rejecting Julia. Q largely only shows screencaps of what she said and sometimes his responses to her (which I want to explore in detail later) with the first two being two very long chains of message of Julia gushing about how great and cute Quinton is while being drunk of her ass and that she wants a definitive answer as if they have a future together. Outside of the receipts Quinton gives on why her efforts to make him face accountability are bogus, these are the only things we read from Julia and that in my humble opinion is why I can't take this non apology seriously. Every second of this video feels as both an attempt to ruin Julia and remind us how great he is. 'I would have paid her more is she had asked, I now pay my editors so much', 'She send me the project back in 2 days and I spent 2 days fixing it', 'This whole project of not leaving a stone unturned was a huge gamble but she believed in it'. EDIT: Almost forgot to include how the description and specially that phrase in Latin makes look even more performative.

My favourite example of this is the next bullet point.
- Quinton made a bulleted list as to why he wasn't interested (the only full message we see from him). If the video itself has this massive drama kid energy, the bulleted list feels like something Q thought of doing in order to rub it her face down the line. It has everything. Won't date you because long distance relations don't work, you are a fan, you are a colleague and I don't see you as anything other than a lynchpin in that order. Like holy shit, he even says he doesn't have an HR team and knew he had to draw his line in the sandbox at some point. I suggest you give it a read and juxtapose it with that Sarah Z DM that started it all. This guy just doesn't have people skills.
- Quinton disputed Julia was the only editor. Every segment where he is the main focus is his own doing. Makes sure to also take some slight digs about her work.
- Quinton would've accepted adapting to her schedule if he had been aware all the context.
- Quinton spends the last 15 minutes of the video cracking his voice and about to cry. In more traditional Quintonian fashion he ends the soliloquy by saying the whole ordeal made him develop trust issues since some people might try join his projects and try to seduce him. Yes, he flipped the whole thing to become the victim. That's so Quinton.
So for what we gather Quinton is a passive idiot that can't interact with women in any healthy way and that's why his current editor squad are all thinner, younger versions of himself. Rare "W" against a woman (Jenny Nicholson, Sarah Z, Abelina Sabrina and many more ladies send their regards). I'm ending this fucking essay with two observations.
For making so clear he hates leaking private matters, Quinton made sure to show Julia at her absolute lowest. Screenshots are Julia desperately admitting her love, that she wanted to impress him by putting with bad workloads and then jump to her swearing jihad on his ass.
For 'showing all the receipts', Quinton doesn't mention or show proof in any form he told Julia to take it easy and prioritize her own safety and well being, not even notes about her editing process. Q might not be a malicious boss but he does seem like a very incompetent one if he does complain about her rushing things but didn't stop her for a minute to see if she had a reason for it.

What's interesting is that Emily is getting a ton of pushback on the tweet. Lots of people complaining about subtweeting, being vague, and if Q didn't actually do anything beyond what we know they should stop talking about it. I don't want to fill this post with images but it's a decent amount - I don't think these people like Quinton but they don't like the pile-on stuff.
Remember that Emily's handmaiden is Sarah Z, who already humbled Quinton once with one image and set his ego back two years. During the DM saga no one really outed Quinton, but no one came to defend him either. He has no capital in the video essayist side of YouTube and those pricks are very petty, so chances are they are rooting for a finishing blow in silence since in a very retarded twist of irony he has bested them and dragged their brand through shit. Most of Quinton's fans are aware of the DM saga in some capacity (Turkey Tom's video on it is shy of 1M views two years later and grew in parallel to the Nickstorian saga),
some fans have even tried to spin the whole thing to paint Q as a victim but I can tell you from experience that hating the guy isn't worth it. It feels like punching down and then he starts acting smug and the cycle of interest starts anew. He needs to make 6 hours of content to reach Wendigoon numbers that take months of his compromised lifespan to produce just to be the most irrelevant person in the Farms to ever be featured. At this point what drives this thread isn't anything short of the same fascination he has for Garfield. He has become a true YouTube cryptid.
