Quinton is one of those people that while I don't hate, I smile like a donkey if unintelligent malice is directed at him. Such as his currently failing plush campaign.

Since the Watchmen script infurated me so much I guess is only right to share my thoughts on it so Quinton loses more views.
For starters Quinton is going to talk about Doomsday Clock not HBO's series, which means he is not going to actively try to be a contrarian this time around. That doesn't stop him to enlighten us with his thoughts on everything else Watchmen. He starts by saying that most continuations "don't get Watchmen" but naturally says "it's just the majority because then he can escape the ire of those that did like HBO's Watchmen. As you might expect with a work as Watchmen, Quinton is definetly going political so he starts with a "Shut Up About Plot Holes" tier disclaimer, stating that anyone that doesn't talk politics while talking about Watchmen "doesn't know how to read". He obviously get scared of sounding "too gatekeepy" so he tones down his disclaimer while remaining Quinton.
Quinton hamfistes his sponsor, Glasses USA, because he clearly gets most of his sponsors based on most of his fanbase being older than him. As with his Creepypastas FT he is supposed to do the same gag of changing his glasses every so often.
From here on out my review of the script delvs into spoiler territory, so in case you have not read Watchmen, do so. Is a better use of your time than this.
This one was obvious. Quinton hasn't liked any Watchmen tie-in so he probably knows he won't like it and since every thought he has he shares on Twitter he prefers to slid this under the rug.
All in all, this is going to tank. Is even worse than that time Quinton took a copy of Watchmena dn destroy it while saying "we don't let Moore or Gibbons do that". Quinton will be lucky if he gets even close to 200 and he should be grateful.
Now something funny. Imagine crediting Quinton as original for his own brand of videos and further more believing the sort of stuff Hippie Rat says here applies to Q.

- While recapping the first flashback of the story (Nite Owl, The Comedian and Rorschach being send to pacify protesters) Quinton sneaks a joke about the current protest situation on the US.
- Quinton mentions this image that has been spread on social media of superheroes bowing to health proffessionals and since Dr. Manhattan is there he sneaks a joke on how the government doesn't facilitate doctors doing their job. Quinton further makes the lecture of Manhattan being inspired by how the people responsible of dropping the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki tried to distance themselves from their actions.
- Quinton and someone who bothered to edit his doc call Rorschach "a racist, sexist, incopetent, far-right nutcase". Rorschach never displays any kind of action that can be interpreted as racist or sexist, at best he is just chauvinistic and that is because of trauma because of the abuse he was subjected from his mum. His actions and political stance, if anything seem to be a coping mechanism. He is called incopetent because "he ends up following the wrong track and gets bodied by Ozymandias", which discredits him as being the one that bringed the conspiracy to light and would amount to the same as you or me calling a detective bad at their work because they don't trap a serial killer by themselves.
- Quinton mentions Rorschah first kill without mentioning why and who he killed. By the way Quinton phrases you think Rorschah is just killing a petty criminal when what happened was him finding out a pedophile had raped and killed a girl, the nonce cut her into pieces and gave her to his dogs to eat.
- Quinton further accuses Rorschah fans of describing "his prowesses" like "white mass murderers" and missing the point. The reason Rorschach is so memorable is because he is the only character that pursues justice and dies with his principles intact, unlike everyone else. Even though Moore hated how he was received is undeniable that Rorschach is, in all of his crazy derranged glory, the only one that could be considered a hero for how he did want to save the lives of other heroes (most didn't want anything to do with him) and wanted to tell the truth to the masses of how millions were killed for the greater good.
- Quinton defends his idea that people see Watchmen as they see superheroes and claims its "a stable of geek culture".
- Quinton takes quotes from Zack Snyder to paint him as a weirdo that doesn't understand comics and misses the significance of Watchmen. Quinton further parades on how superhero media doesn' say anything yet all his examples are from Zack Snyder's films. Then he goes to talk about Iron Man and obviously Quinton had to mention evol rich whymen being the villains and after that he becomes semi-self aware on how many tangents he gets himself in. Quinton finally kinda gets back to Watchmen, as to how everyone loves Watchmen but rarely touches the same real life commentary levels despite the fact that before that he was talking about how the MCU continuity is drastically different from ours (four years of difference) and also the fact that Disney could lose money and even further date the films by trying to make commentary on real life that hasn't happened. Quinton does the same spiel of "media should say something" you have heard a chillion times and right after that he goes on a segway to promote the plushie that likely won't be available the moment this video is finished.

- Quinton further mocks his TRUE AND HONEST GEEK SHELF ® to mention the Watchmen rights and further mock both Rick and Morty and those that have bought Watchmen merchandise. Which you know, comes from Comrade Qlinton ® , the same guy that has made one of the most capitalistic comic strip brands a personality and is not nearly as ironic about it as people think it is. Right after that Quinton plugs his plush even harder. You know, is funny I guess.
- On a (now) 20 pages long script on The Sequel that Ruined Watchmen, Quinton finally mentions Doomsday Clock in page 12.
- Quinton just starts to explain the plot, recognizing the fanservice but also critizing how it affected Watchmen. Like The Comedian surviving or how the son of the therapist that supervised Rorschach becomes the new Rorschach, which is a pretty neat detail considering two things: 1. Quinton further criticizes Doomsday Clock for not saying nothing and just being a Crisis event to fix the timeline and canon.

I wonder if Quinton hates anything4views out of a weird jealousy. anything4views is a fat guy, with long hair and glasses, and Quinton is, well, also that. The big difference is anything4views is actually somewhat successful, mildly entertaining, and has friends that he's been making videos with for years. anything4views, a literal Chad, is everything Quinton isn't, and Quinton sees anything4views as an alternate version of himself that isn't a total loser. idk, I'm tired, and maybe thinking too hard about this

I really don't want to defend Quinton here but one of Dragon Maids running jokes is how a grade schooler orgasms every time the several thousand year old dragon loli touches her. Chad also changed his content for the better (At least IMO) while not going against his beliefs. I didn't like Chad years ago and even now I watch Cold Ones more for Max than Chad, but he's improved his content, listens to criticism and has become a better entertainer from it. Meanwhile Quinton only listens to his Discord echo chamber and is stuck wondering why his videos haven't been doing well so lately

What is this disingenuous fuck talking about? That video was very successful and started the tide turning on Leafy. People only took issue with it somewhat when it was revealed he lied about being Leafy's friend and told Keemstar not to give him 'a platform to defend himself' and even then it clearly inspired the further hate against leafy that made him leave. Most people didn't turn on h3 until years later. Am I missing something or is he just completely lying now?

I think he might be talking about the whole Pyro situation where before he started the Leafyishere rant he was talking mad shit about Pyro in leafy's DMs. H3H3 was saying things like he hopes Pyro's channel is trash,he shouldn't have a platform ect. while kissing up to leafy. Then After he releases the Leafy rant Pyro responds with a milquetoast response because he said he was getting hate because of generalization that Ethan made. After H3H3 and pyro get into a beef where pyro says Ethan was talking shit which causes Ethan to deny it on twitter before deleting the tweet. Leafy releases a video showing the DMs Ethan sent him before the whole drama. The reason this could be is that leafy and pyro had beef while H3H3 was Leafy's friend. At the end tho pyro shared DMs between him and H3H3 with leafy which then leafy without permission released causing Pyro to back out of the whole drama citing anxiety problems. This ended up having no real effect on leafy standing only lowering H3H3 by revealing him as a snake while before he was seen as clean.

Now lemme tell you. This whole moralizing is fucking idiotic. Leafy paid his deeds and he paid them tenfold. Leafy might have not been the best content creator but he sure inspired people and has a history that reflects on YT. Quinton is right, he was 19 at the time, and somehow he took it all with more maturity than Quinton has shown at 23.
Quinton reflects hard on H3H3, this seems more like apologia for Ethan than a piece about Leafy, which shouldn't be surprising because Q glosses over all the shit the Kleins have done. Likely because Daddy Erik is one of Ethan's bitches, who btw, bled enough subs to stop being on the 1M club. God knows, maybe he wants to get in the H3Podcast to talk about Garfield.
