This feels like a very detailed troll.

Yeah, if any story on AITA makes you mad, you just have to remember that it most likely didn't happen. It's the reason all the creative writing subreddits suck, all the good writers take their stories here and on similar subreddits to troll people with/collect karma.

That actually explains everything. While individual teachers may be great, and we all remember that one great teacher we had in school, teacher as a class (doho) are some of the most petty, arrogant, incomprehensibly dense people in existence. They think they're more intelligent than everyone they encounter and can't comprehend the idea that people might see the world differently to them. If "teacher" was a diagnosis, it'd be on the spectrum for sure.

Huh, an actually half-interesting situation.. but as you said it involves a family and a troon. They'll default to defending it no matter what the situation is. If the husband, the parents, and other guests don't want them around then your hand is forced. Statistically the brother'll be dead before long anyway and is unlikely to have much to leave you.

To be fair she probably softened up her brothers image a bit. If someone is hated by everyone, generally they’ve done something to deserve it.

It sounds like they are twins since they are the same age. But I think only identical twins share a very high likelyhood of both being gay if one is. She doesn't say if they are either way.

Asian parents really are that bad. It's striking how on r/raisedbynarcissists it seems like the child is the abusive narcissist a lot of the time (well in stories that don't involve the parents beating the shit out of them / the dog / giving away all their stuff to make some other kid happy)
