This is pretty much reason #1 why the anti work movement will never talk off. They're anti white Communists and destroying the country is way more important to them than a living wage or anything else they claim to care about.
Even if the core users aren't radical anarchists the mod team has proven they are and refuse to change, thus any rational people will be banned.
But even the lofty goal of destroying the country pales in comparison to their true passion: playing video games and never leaving the house
It's kept incels and /pol/ from leaving the house and doing it, after all. Be grateful.
I am also against making friends in work simply because if something fucks up and I have to provide evidence of someone's else neglect you can't keep normal relationship. Having mutual cordiality is okay but I don't invite co-workers to my house or talk about my family because I simply don't care about their house nor their family. I don't expect someone to share his "deeply investing" life story with me because mine isn't and I am not willing to share it with anyone.

It's foreign to me too. My job employs probably a quarter of the people of my age in my town. My own husband is a coworker.
So, in other words, a company owns your town, and everyone works for it. Blue collar, white collar and even other companies are subsidiaries to the monopolist. Your life revolves around work and your neighbour, cousin, and most hated enemy work for the same company. Most notable social things are those that happened in work or work-related.
Not really anything like that at all.
