I'd ask how the manager enforcing the reasonable request of what was likely something along the lines of 'You can't have your bum boyfriends hang around talking to you for eight hours while you're on the clock' is a testament to how bad working conditions/Capitalism/whatever else they bitch and moan about are, but it's obvious that the sub really is just full of lazy, entitled people. They just want to do and have whatever the hell they want, whenever they want it - in their eyes their employers and the people trying to run the business and the customers, especially, can just go fuck themselves if what they are trying to get done interferes with their "needs".
It's Reddit, so it's a given, but whenever I go on this sub (or any of them) to laugh at retards I just end up getting second-hand embarrassment scrolling through the place. How are these people like this?

Probably just posted on the OP's bedroom wall - you figure it would be on a bulletin board or something.
Loitering at Burger King
Seriously, do they not understand what loitering is? If this is real, it's not an inane policy - why would you want to just hang out at work on your day off, especially if you work at a fucking Burger King?
Sidenote: the OP titled it as 'Spotted at local Burger King' as if he doesn't work there and just happened to spot it out in the public sphere of the restaurant - you can see the 'Team member' signs to the right.
This one is proabably legit, but again, why is it a big deal?
I remember seeing some others that were even more outlandish and obviously fake but I can't find them and I'm not going to scroll through that sub more than I have already - it's mostly just a bunch of Twitter screenshots. These autists seriously think that any/everybody is one snarky, sarcastic Tweet away from getting on board with their pathetic worldview.

I'd bet most of these are real, one thing you have to remember is that it's not the CEOs or legal teams of companies writing these, it's shift managers at minimum wage jobs. I don't know if you've ever worked a service job, but your average shift manager is usually one of the dumbest people you will ever meet. I comprehend not liking self-checkouts. I myself don't care for them too much, though I'm not opposed to using them if it's all they've got. My gripe has more to do with personal reasons than anything regarding the loss of jobs (though that is obviously another reason to dislike them). My issue has to do with how impersonal self-checkouts are. Such is to be expected, of course, but there's something about seeing a real person and interacting with them that makes that trip to the supermarket a little more worthwhile. I'm probably putting too much stock into something so trivial, but I've grown to appreciate human interaction more, compared to my younger days.

I like self checkout because ever since they got rid of bag boys, the person bagging your items does as poor a job as humanly possible. My favorite is them spreading your food out into as many plastic bags as possible so they don’t have to think about packing it conveniently, which makes it inconvenient to carry and produces more trash.

My local supermarket employs autists and retards to bag groceries, giving them gainful employment, income, and a reason to get up in the morning. It's a social service I'm glad they're willing to provide.

Having worked with these kinds of people, everything they might be asked to do somehow kills their spirit. But their spirit is tacky garbage of very little use or value to society.
I've done my time picking up garbage, sorting things by alphabetical order, smiling at people I don't care to meet again, climbing up and down ladders to move awkward things, and et cetera. I don't like any of these things and am glad I don't do anything like this regularly anymore, but it was important that they got done and I didn't die inside. What's the matter with these people?

They think they're too good for it. I think it's especially a problem with people who never had a shitty job when they were young. They're in their 20s and embarrassed to start out at the bottom, but they need to start somewhere.
