To be fair that's what a lot of video games are, except that it's on your screen or in some database. An MMO character is basically an action figure that you build up by doing things in-game, strategy games are similar except it's your impact on the map stored in a save file rather than an action figure that you're building up. The key difference is that the range of people who can appreciate a Warhammer 2 save file for example is much smaller than those who can appreciate a good wood carving, so gamers flock to Reddit to find people who play the same stuff they do and will give them karma for it.

Oh and he's also a deadbeat dad; he's years past-due on child support payments and continues to fight the mother over custody and payments (with hundreds of bogus motions filed with the intention of draining her resources).

He literally refused to get a job because doing so would generate enough income to disqualify him from free legal aid -- which he was using to continue fighting his parents to avoid being kicked out even after they won an eviction against him. The fucker actually tried to appeal the eviction order. When that failed, this fleshbag fought tooth-and-nail to the last fucking hour to avoid being evicted from his parents' home (an hour before the court-ordered deadline for him to have his shit and hit fat ass out of their home, he called the cops to demand to be allowed to re-enter the house to find a fucking Lego set he'd left behind). Then the faggot's car wouldn't start and he had to beg his parents for a jump-start.

After he finally left, he presumably found some dump to live in, then made the news a few months later again by suing Best Buy for sex discrimination (lol). Predictably, he lost.

There are photos out there of his parents sitting in court as they tried to get his fat ass tossed out. Yes, they absolutely earned their discomfort and embarrassment since they raised this worthless sack of shit, but it's still a little heartbreaking to see the look of dejection and resignation on their faces. They know they fucked up, they know it's their fault, they hate having to do what they're doing, they know he hates them for doing it and worst of all they know they're doing the right thing (finally). It's obvious they're deeply humiliated by how he turned out.

I have to imagine this is a troll account of someone roleplaying as Doreen sloppily posting on an Alt-account.
