You would think they'd ban parents and cars too since they're statistically a much bigger threat to kids. I've heard about cats getting killed by coyotes, cars, and owls, but that's the fault of the owners for allowed the cats outside unsupervised. I'm not a huge fan of chis but I don't wish them any harm or think no one should be allowed to own them or anything.
