Sounds like the friend is wise to this thots shenanigans and correctly predicted the "professional experience on a project" was gonna be this dudes dick in her friends vagina. After lying to her friend, it's now totally unexpected that she's getting together with the dude, but pretends like she's just passively going along with it and it's the guy's idea, because poly people have poor impulse control so she thinks that works as an excuse.
Now, she's run online to shit on her unreasonably emotional (according to her) friend who correctly called out her behavior beforehand and seek asspats from one of the few communities that probably won't raise an eyebrow at her lying to her friend or how a supposedly professional work project almost immediately turned into her dating her friends ex. Though, at least some people tenderly point out she's being kind of shitty so her little "uwu am I in the wrong guiz or is my overly emotional friend being overly emotional with her silly human emotions like jealousy? Did I mention she's overly emotional and I didn't do anything wrong?" ploy didn't work out so well.

I have seen polys charge through whole friend groups being sexually forward and gross until they have no friends and just fuckbuddys, basically. This one gal I knew long ago was pretty normal until she became a born again poly and kept hitting on friends who had no interest in dating women, trying to force people to try going out with various sleazy guys she had hooked up with (refer a friend, get a finder's fee?) etc. Soon everyone hated her and all she had was her equally deranged orgy friends.

"sent me a text afterwards noting his attraction, I reciprocated"
alright so im a bit out of the loop but is this how the youngins talk these days? "Noting his attraction" the fuck is this alien shit

I'm just going to make a quick suggestion here: post some replies. The exceptional OPs are quite a thing to behold, but at a certain point, anyone stumbling across these could also dismiss them as a few crazies popping into a subreddit.

The replies often show that a significant chunk of the other sub-Redditors are honestly on board with the OP's delusions/bad decisions.

Subreddits like this exist to house people who have made shockingly bad life decisions and want reassurance from other people who have made the same shockingly bad life decisions that those were actually good decisions.

And this is why censorship and deplatforming is bad, because these people deserve to be mocked endlessly.

He sent me a text message on my wireless communication device indicating that his hormone levels rise when he sees me, his genitalia begins to swell with blood and his face becomes flushed and feels warm to the touch. I responded that I had observed the same effects in my own body, both face and genitalia, to which he replied in a most jubilant manner.

He then sent me a text message that read "send n00ds"

'I refuse to edit my behaviour to make her feel comfortable'

That may be the most singularly selfish thing I've ever seen someone write with the utmost self importance and righteousness. That's their friend who is understandably upset about them attempting to fuck their ex.

No wonder they treat their partners like absolute garbage. They can barely treat anyone else with respect.

I answered to confirm if a captured image from reflective surface, that is digitized and stored as a computer file, of my unclothed mammary glands would be sufficient.

He replied that this would indeed be necessary, and if I failed to send such a picture, I would be required to leave the establishment at once.

the poly idea that you don't have to care about anyone else's feelings is really appalling to me and also makes me wonder what kind of upbringing they had. like in normal people world going out with the guy your friend had a bad breakup with six months ago makes you a jerk. and there's tons of other times when normal people will change their behavior to not hurt their friends because they care about their friends' feelings because why wouldn't they?

also, i went to this chick's profile, and her friend has 'complex ptsd, developmental trauma, [and] suffers from insomnia and panic attacks'.

i feel like i'm reading a robot attempt to understand humanity.

I think it was a concept pseudo-intellectuals stole from therapy columns, and then misapplied to all relationships. When you deal with manipulative people, there's the rule that you can only be responsible for your own feelings, because they will keep suicide baiting or whatever as long as it gets results. It's not supposed to be for dealing with the people you want in your life.

I knew somebody IRL who was this way, he talked it up as emotional maturity, but conveniently his behavior towards other people was worse than average. What a coincidence. 🤔
