Even within niche communities, there is always a spectrum of the kind of shit these people like. Maybe you prefer the spectacle of giant lumps of lipoma fat being ripped out with a doctor's bare hands, or the relatable moment of finally getting rid of that one giant blackhead on your nose. Maybe you like a precision job of an entire cyst sac being removed, or the reckless approach of the cyst being burst and all that pus being shot out.
I will not put past me that some of the community are legit fetishists, but most of them just like to see a good deformity once in a while.
Also, before even Dr Sandra Lee, the most popular poppers were Indian doctors such as Vikram Yadav, because India, of course.

I replied that I already pay for YT Premium, I'm not paying a rich American doctor another fee on top of that. I blocked her channel, but I really miss it. I wish she hadn't decided that YT wasn't paying her enough and decided to scalp people twice.

i can see the appeal, human beings like to clean and groom ourselves and we like to watch filth get removed, much in the same way we find ourselves satisfied with powerwashing or paint scraping videos
